I was a little disappointed in the delivery packaging. It wasn't a box inside a box. It literally was the actual manufacture box just plain as day like I picked it up directly from the store. Roller jammed three times on first use

I had to clear the jammed roller three times on the first use, and I only did the first floor! Yes, we do have pets but really? Maybe that's why they provide the handy jammed roller indicator light, so you'll know it's time again? It is also so agile it's a bit like trying to drive a drunk cat.
