    My third day after purchase and I’m already experiencing some issues. The head of the vacuum is consistently red vs green both on carpet mode and hardwood floor mode. Have tried cleaning the head several times and I’ll get green for two second and then back to red… when the head doesn’t spin it also makes the entire vacuum more difficult to move around. Considering taking back for a new vac but dont know which to choose. This one really seemed like a good pick with all the right features. It’s unfortunate that i am having al these issues for such a hyped up vacuum

    Love the vacuum cleaner the only thing that was negative it did not have a space for all the tools so you always losing one day putting it down instead of having a place on the machine to store it
