    Was working great but after just a year. Broke down and stop picking up. I had to return it and got a new one. Hopefully it was just the one i had and it's not the vacuum brand it self.

  • Cheap Plastic and Difficult to Repair

    Very Cheap: a bunch of plastic parts you piece together to make the vacuum. I've experienced the handle come off multiple times as I'm vacuuming. Also, the canister part separate from the lower brush piece as I'm just lifting to store the vacuum. Pain to Repair: after 2 months, the brush stopped spinning. I did research and went through all the troubleshooting recommendations, with no success. Then, I found a vacuum repair company that said they would not recommend anyone buy a shark because of how often they see the brush roll micro switch fail on almost every shark brought in, and because of the difficulty to take apart. If you try to do it yourself, you'll need a star screwdriver head. Most Shark Vacuums use star screws (security). Based on my experience only after a couple months, I would not recommend this product. If you're on the fence, go with a other brand!
