Made sure that it was cleaned out every use and cleaner the filter. It's a shame that it cost so much. I'm very happy that I brought the protection plan. I love best buy and especially the store at Gulf mall area.

The description is deceiving for pet hair. This can be utilized for a small apartment, but not a large home with multiple pets. It seems cheap quality and does not come with the attachments it states in the description.

Died after two months

However, I have only owned it for two and a half months and it just died. It won't turn on anymore. Thankfully there is an extended return policy at Best Buy right now, because back it goes.

Bad Shark

This model is a 3 out of 10 the extra $100 is so worth it. . The other would fill the same contester with 2 vacuums, this is a bout half way after 10 vacuums. Its going back!

The power cord has no real place to go and gets all tangled up. It doesn’t clean good at all and I’m stuck with it rather than having to deal with Best Buy and getting a item returned and credited back to my account

Never have I bought a vacuum that would not work on rugs. Every time I use it on my rugs the red light goes on the vacuum stops and I have to shut it off and start again! I do not recommend this vacuum if you need it for rugs. Wish I never bought it. Waste of my hard earned money.

Not worth the money

The swivel gets really funky to a point you can’t even stand it still. It looses suction power fast and it will not last.

I can’t even make it 5 min of vacuuming before it shuts down. I’ve taken it apart and cleaned it and still doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.
