Not a great Shark Product

Motor blows fast

Shark Navigator Lift Away Upright

30 days it worked

The vacuum worked great while I had it. It is super light and very easy to use and take off pieces to suction or just carry it around. That being said, after about 30 days of use, the vacuum stopped working. I was unable to get any power. I did all the troubleshooting but nothing worked. Maybe I just was unlucky and got a defective one. I was able to return it without any problems.

Thank goodness Best Buy allowed me to exchange it for something else. I guess I got a defective but instead of getting another Shark I got a Bissel, Shark left a sour note

Shark vacuum

Cleaning hair off of the spining wheel underneath is a pain. I would not recommend this vacuum.

Horrible

It just died while I was vacuuming today. I will be trying to get a new one at least if I cannot get my money back. I am VERY disappointed!

Pro: The suction is strong on hardwood. Cons: doesn’t work on low pile carpets. Very loud. Feels cheap. The price is tempting, but not worth your mone. Trying to return it.

It clogs and hair wraps on everything. Had to return and got a lesser version even with my warranty
