ROLLER JAMS CONSTANTLY

I would expect to maybe have to clean the roller once a year or something - maybe even once a month but every time we use it? I only have area rugs in most of the house so this is ridiculous. I can't believe that only one other reviewer reported this problem.

Good on hard Floors

Take your money elsewhere
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Vacuum is GREAT Best Buy is NOT. Bought it in person, bought the 3 year protection plan with it. Got home and realized that it comes with a protection plan already. Called the store they said they refunded me.. cool. WEEKS go by, nothing. Okay this time I called customer support.. also said they refunded me and I will get a confirmation email shortly. NEVER got anything back or ANY email. It’s been 3 months now. Never buying from them again.

A Joke

Shark has intentionally made the cleaners so hard to work on including changing the belt. Specifically on the navigator lift away, you need specific tools, hex tamper proof wrenches to take off 8 screws. You have to take off the wheels to get to 2 of the screws. Then once you finally get the screws off, you need to buy a shark specific belt if that is the cause. If its the motor, throw it away. No wonder these vacuums when on sale, can be 100 dollars. Don't waste your money.

The worst vacuum I've ever used

Does not pick up anything on carpet (I had a light bulb break 4 months ago nd I'm STILL finding pieces of it in the carpet). Brushes get clogged constantly- I never had any issues with this on any of my old vacuums. Suction will just stop on both wood floors and carpet. After around 8 uses, it started putting out a really loud noice and will barely pick anything up. Very disappointed- it's a piece of cheap crap!
