Great suction, but poor handling. Does not work on all carpets and have to turn off and on to reset. The cord is very stiff and does not travel easily. The hose is extremely short and the canister always tips over when using the extension wand.

We’ve had this six months and can report it works great on our hard surface floors, but will quickly stop on our newer plush carpets. The extra suction is enough to turn the brush on shirt pile rugs, but is not able to handle the soft plush carpet in some of our bedrooms (we had to keep our old vacuum around just for those).

I bought this vacuum about a month ago… I had previously owned a shark vacuum… And was very happy with it… But it only lasted seven years… So I thought I would give this model a try and at $190 with tax I must say that I’m a bit disappointed… It seems clunky, and is not very nimble… Also, the canister that holds debris is big and it prevents you from sliding the vacuum under couches or beds… Also, I must mention that the quality of all products these days has gone down… Everything is made of plastic and it just doesn’t last… I will say that the vacuum does pick up well off of a hard floor… And it will do … But I was expecting more . I will mention that I have two cats… And my previous shark vacuum, picked up hair off my carpet much better than this one… As I mentioned, it works well enough… But if you’re looking for a quality vacuum cleaner, this is not the one.

In terms of maneuverability the swivel steering takes some time to get used to. I haven't yet got the nack of it. Suction OK. Lift off part is the best bit for me. Use it on skirting boards and corners. Very easy to empty and clean.

Had to return it because it stopped working BUT it is greatttt it has detachments so that you can walk around and it reaches all the corners with the wand I love it . And it vaccums the floor tooo what a life saver !!!

Suction seemed good, but the lift away feature is a gimmick. Can't use the roller while the canister is attached and the hose is to short to do anything. I like my old shark rotator better

Didn’t work as well as my old Shark Navigator. Larger canister is nice. I found it harder to move on the rug than old one. Easy to put together and has usable attachments.

Really good vacuum for the price point. Easy to maintain and does well with the settings and adjustable tools that come with it.

I was looking for a lightweight vacuum that picked up very well--disappointed with this navigator. It is lightweight but does not pick up very well.

I purchased this as a second vacuum for my upper level. I was sick of lugging my other up and down the stairs. This works great! Good suction ( could be better), easy to dump and clean. Also comes with a couple attachments.

My third day after purchase and I’m already experiencing some issues. The head of the vacuum is consistently red vs green both on carpet mode and hardwood floor mode. Have tried cleaning the head several times and I’ll get green for two second and then back to red… when the head doesn’t spin it also makes the entire vacuum more difficult to move around. Considering taking back for a new vac but dont know which to choose. This one really seemed like a good pick with all the right features. It’s unfortunate that i am having al these issues for such a hyped up vacuum

Was working great but after just a year. Broke down and stop picking up. I had to return it and got a new one. Hopefully it was just the one i had and it's not the vacuum brand it self.

It seems powerful and for sure it's heavy. Almost too heavy for me. If I can take the roller brush out, I haven't figured out how. It would be much easier to clean after removal. I would recommend it to a strong young person but if you are elderly like me it might be better to get something more lightweight.

Cord tangled easily and has now broken.. no way to get our money back it’s only been 9 months

The vacuum does what I expect it to there’s no denying it’s ability for that. I don’t like how “loose” the vacuum feels it give me a sense of instability while vacuuming. Seems too wobbly and doesn’t feel like it wants to go in the direction you push. I was looking for an inexpensive replacement to mine that broke that was more on the pricy side. I don’t hate this product just wish it felt sturdier while in use.

Though this machine does pick up and clean well, but a simple thing like tilting is a nightmare for my wife. She is very petite has to stand on it just right to make it tilt and I had to admit I had to practice a lot to make it easy to tilt. It shouldn’t be that complicated.

It’s a good vacuum but broke down less then a year into it. I am currently in the process of getting it fixed or replaced under the warranty.

Didn't even last 2 years before losing suction and over heating

It sucks. That is what a vac is suppost to do. Does not have a light.

This vacuum works really good got it for my job and it is good.
