Love this little vacuum. Works great, keeps its suction. Only good for small spaces though, the canister fills quickly.

I bought this for international use and satisfied with it even on non-carpet surfaces.

Based on the reviews I read I decided to buy this Shark. When I got home I used it one room and with all the hype about the no loss of suction and when it started filling up canister I almost believed it. That is until I got my 13 year old Kenmore out that I was about to throw out but I ran it across the same area the Shark just ran through and it picked up even more. That's when I decided to take it back and get a refund. Maybe I just got one that wasn't up to par like all the others that are made. To each his own but my Sister happened to pick up a Dyson DC animal from a Garage sale for 50 bucks and gave it to me because she already had one and that thing is a beast. Also the Dyson was a couple years old and picked up much much more than the Shark. I do have a Shark steam mop however and that thing is pretty good. Anyway that's what's good about Best Buy. The return policy is awesome.

Shark makes the best vacuums it's bag less and very light weight it's the best for me

I love it!!! It is easy to use & it picks up the dirt & pet hairs.

only negative is the size of the head. smaller than i expected and doesnt cover much of the floor but still works great.

This Shark Vacuum Cleaner picked up loads of pet hair I had in my rug over a year ago.

good suction power however not easy to use on stairs and a bit heavy for small appliance but overall pleased with it.

I like this vacuum very much, it doesn't let any Air out and is very easy to clean
