Shark Navigator SUCKS...no pun intended!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I felt totally ripped off after buying the Shark Navigator. Yes...I read all the great reviews and bought into all the hype about how great this vacuum is, but it has a lot of problems: The dirt canister is deceiving...it looks nice and large, but the part that actually holds dirt is about the size of a cup...which is probably appropriate because that's about the amount of dirt you can expect to pick up after running it in 3 bedrooms. Plus, if you get it on a plush carpet, like a bathroom rug, the vacuum brush stops rotating until you turn it off and back on...there aren't any height adjustment with it. Fortunately, Best Buy refunded me the cost of the vacuum and I ended up buying a Bissell Pro-Force vacuum. One cleaning with it and I saw all the dirt the Shark Navigator was leaving behind. Thanks Best Buy for refunding my money!

Dissappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really excited about this purchase. I assembled it easily. Vacuumed around the house with it. Then I compared it to the old vacuum we had. Our old Bissell picked up more than the Shark. I exchanged this Shark for a Hoover Rewind 2 and that picked more dust than the Shark. It also topples over.
