It is quiet on medium fan speed. I like the pre-screens and the long life filter. It was easy to set up and use.

We feel our air is a lot purer than previous. Recommend for anyone with someone in the home that has allergies and/or COPD.

Just wished it had a remote or an app to control it. But its still worth it.

Had to return

It definitely was not Best Buy‘s fault. The return process was quick & easy. I have a ton of shark products and they usually work great. This particular unit stayed at 57% for three days never changed even after I reset it.
