I really tried to give this a fair try. I tried so long that I can no longer return it. I went with this instead of a more expensive brand but I’m really regretting it because now I have a very expensive vacuum that does VERY little. I can’t even say that it’s better than nothing. No kitty litter, no hair, it picks up nothing. I’m actually pretty upset because just because it was the cheaper option does not mean it was cheap. If you decide to give this a go, make sure you use it often before your return window.

Noy really liking the battery life. Doesnt even finish 2 small bathrooms and a small kitchen.

Absolutely hate this vacuum cleaner! I bought this vacuum cleaner a few months ago… When I initially brought it home, I thought “Excellent! I saved myself some money… Didn’t buy that Dyson and this is just as good” .. Every day since then I have regretted not spending the money on a Dyson. After today I am going to buy a Dyson and see if I can give this piece of crap away to someone who doesn’t Mind going over the same spot at least 10 times, and doesn’t have anger management issues when they have to pick up a little piece of paper/lint/leaves that this vacuum refuses, I mean absolutely refuses to pick up. Take my advice spend the money, upgrade to a Dyson.

I buy this vaccum over and over with the protection plan, it sucjs stops working and picking up

It works, but it doesn't get a good grip on the carpet and can't get deep inside for the allergies

I’m very disappointed in this vacuum. The batter dies under 45 mins after being fully charged. I’m so sad and frustrated with this purchase.

This was rated highly so I felt comfortable in purchasing. Being elderly it is easy to handle and maintain. However there is a lack of suction. After i use this vacuum i drag my swifter out to finish the job. I've never been so disappointed.

I have always had a dyson sticks & shark electric vacuums. This one was not worth my time especially for the price.

Terrible suction. Did not live up to the hype. I wanted to love it because of the ease and convenience but it was not great at all.

Dies entirely too fast; I’ve got a one bedroom apartment with hardwood floor and yet it still dies before I get to the whole space

For a pet vacuum, it is a very poor design. I have 2 labs and the hair gets caught in the wheels constantly. There is a felt lining on the vacuum that drags the hair around the floor. The suction isn’t the greatest. If you only use the vacuum for dust or small area, you might be ok. But it’s definitely not made for pet hair.

It was terrible. Vacuum has issues within 2 uses and I was unable to exchange since it was over 15 days

I have had this vacuum for 2 years now. It cleans my tile floors well. However, the battery is not holding good charges anymore. I did purchase a 5yr extended warranty.

Suction was so bad, too bad I can’t return it anymore. I bought Dyson instead.

Vacuum connoisseur… this missed the mark on so many levels. Too big, too heavy, and had to return,

It does its job, nothing too great , battery could last longer

It has sheet of plastic to help pick up when rolling forward but when rolling backwards the sheet drags the dirt back. Therefore, to pick up efficiency it would have to be head on, no in a sweeping motion.

Just not enough power to pick up debris with every accessory.

It broke only after months of use. Out of nowhere it just started making a really loud noise and then the next day it stopped all together.

Great concept, but not enough suction power and doesn’t have enough flexibility to get under bed like the dyson does. Definitely not suited for multiple pet household - brush was completely wrapped in pet hair after first use - not self cleaning. I returned this item.
