Functions pretty good overall. A little clumsy for taking out the filter and putting the canister back into the main vacuum assembly after dumping the contents. Otherwise very good power for the size and very versatile. Would recommend for most people in a small to midsize apartment with only a few carpeted rooms. If you have an entire apartment in carpet I would look to something bigger to save time and get more suction to deal with stubborn dirt/hair.

I am surprised on how much suction power it really has. It is light weight and easy to move about.

Although I read from everyone's reviews first that it had less power, I didn't realize how much less it would be. I had a shark stick vacuum several years ago which I loved so decided to get this over the Bissell cordless after a couple months of reviewing different options. I wanted a separate vacuum to use in 2 of the rooms bc the cats aren't allowed in there and I didn't want to contaminate with the other vacuum (dyson canister) Going in, I was expecting less power but it feels like it's a lot less - almost 1/3 power. Sort of like the old cheap $50 stick vacuums that are corded. That is on the bare floor setting vs the carpet setting. The carpet setting is more powerful but still not as much as I would like so I feel you're getting about 50% power of a corded vacuum. That said, it is collecting more dust than expected in the canister so I am pleased with that. However, I have to run it over the carpet quite slowly to ensure more dust and dirt is being picked up. After using, I did start to sneeze a lot. So the air filtration is not great. I ended up having to turn on my honeywell air filter for a few hours. And all this was to only vacuum one big room by the way. And it took 3x vacuuming to most of the dust out. I do like that it is cordless so will probably keep it but the price to performance ratio is not great. I probably would have been happier and rated this 4 stars if this had been under $200 instead of being $250 and then close to $300 with tax. It is a bit heavy and the stick can't be shortened so it is a bit tall for me. So 3 stars because I like the cordless feature and it does work so it meets expectations if you're looking for a cordless vacuum bc it is cordless and it does vacuum. I've used it for 3 weeks. I wouldn't say I'm completely ecstatic over it the way I was when I bought the corded shark stick vacuum the first time. But I will keep it bc it isn't bad, I wanted a separate cordless and I have the other better vacuum as back up if needed. However if you are only going to have 1 vacuum, buy a corded one vs this one.

I bought this as a secondary vacuum with my new hardwood floors and have a dyson for carpet. But my wife loves this one better with the light weight and battery life better I also use it and think the value and performance is great.

This vacuum is light weight and works on multiple surfaces! It is great in the home but also easy to grab for the rv/camper

Decided to buy the real deal vacuum instead of the knockoffs. Was totally worth it! The suction on this vacuum is great, storage is easy, and it lasts quite a while! The booster trigger is very useful, as well as the carpet mode which almost self drives itself! Worth the investment

Just moved it's my first cordless vacuum it's light weight and easy to use. I can do my entire house in one charge. It's very light weight

Our old ElectraLux stick vacuum kept having charging issues with the plug. We currently have a Shark upright vacuum we really like so we decided to try the Shark Stick Vacuum. The box and packing were easy to open and the vac was easy to setup. The unit was almost fully charged before even plugging in. We are amazed at how powerful this cordless stick vacuum is! Two things we don't like, the roller head is a bit wide to get into small places (you just have to take it off which is a minor inconvenience), the only other thing we didn't like was there isn't a good way to set this up upright when not using where it doesn't fall. Other than that, overall we are happy with the purchase.

Run time is exactly as I expected it sucks good and gets the job done I use for work daily

Our previous one was able to be used on thicker area rugs. This one is not even with adjustment. Still a great vacuum.

Lightweight and easy to use-it’s perfect for a studio apartment. It was fairly easy to clean out a clog, just used a pen to push out all the cat hair that was stuck. The battery lasts a while for me, however my apartment is only 700 sq ft not a huge home so battery life is perfect for me. I also appreciate that you don’t have to let it stand awkwardly against a wall to store it, you can detach the main component and hang it on the front of the long nozzle and it just stands on its own.

This portable and has great suction good for 2 rooms and a bathroom if you have apartments perfect for it . Lasts about 40-50 mins per charge , just be wise when u use it on high suction on bathroom carpets the brush tends to stop , good suction.

I was honestly expecting more from this vacuum. I have a similar other shark vacuum that I got on Black Friday for $100. The only difference I see from the old one to this one is that it’s much lighter. Yes, it can suck a penny or a coin up, but it still is kind of hard to move. I would recommend looking for a different one. There are many other options in this price range.
