The suction strength is amazing, but the container needs to be emptied every 5 minutes. I wish it had a bigger capacity. The "pull" also causes the vacuum to jump on carpet, whether using the turbo setting or not. And yes, I do have it on the carpet setting when using on carpet.

If I could give it more stars I would!! This is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. It’s lightweight and move an easily on floors as well as carpet. It’s amazing how much it picks up and the light on the front of the vacuum makes it super easy to see everything -even dust.

This is so light weight. It is very convenient I love that I don’t have to plug it in. I can clean my car out with it it’s amazing!

We struggle with pet hair and so far this does great. I can vacuum not only the carpet, but our hard floors all in one easy motion but just switching the power button. The battery life is fine for our area. We use it daily for about 10-15 minutes at a time and then once a week for about 30 minutes on and off. I do clean it thoroughly once a week because hair does get caught in the bottom, but I’ve never owned a vacuum that doesn’t do that. It is super easy to clean. If you do happen to have a clog (my 4 year old helps vacuum- so it happens more with us) it comes apart so easily to find it. This was definitely a perfect purchase.

Light weight vacuum and suction is great. This is my second purchase of the Shark vacuum.

Quiet vacuum cleaner. Picks up hair, wool and debris well. The attachments are suitable for corners, skirting boards and more. The battery charge lasts for 50-60 minutes of continuous operation.

I bought this as a secondary vacuum with my new hardwood floors and have a dyson for carpet. But my wife loves this one better with the light weight and battery life better I also use it and think the value and performance is great.

Pros: -easy to use -great for everyday cleaning Cons: -short battery life -not for deeper cleaning I grab this every day for picking up cat hair and dust bunnies. Very light and easy to use. However, I still prefer my larger vacuum for bigger messes or if I miss a few days in between. Not powerful enough to be your only vacuum

Although I read from everyone's reviews first that it had less power, I didn't realize how much less it would be. I had a shark stick vacuum several years ago which I loved so decided to get this over the Bissell cordless after a couple months of reviewing different options. I wanted a separate vacuum to use in 2 of the rooms bc the cats aren't allowed in there and I didn't want to contaminate with the other vacuum (dyson canister) Going in, I was expecting less power but it feels like it's a lot less - almost 1/3 power. Sort of like the old cheap $50 stick vacuums that are corded. That is on the bare floor setting vs the carpet setting. The carpet setting is more powerful but still not as much as I would like so I feel you're getting about 50% power of a corded vacuum. That said, it is collecting more dust than expected in the canister so I am pleased with that. However, I have to run it over the carpet quite slowly to ensure more dust and dirt is being picked up. After using, I did start to sneeze a lot. So the air filtration is not great. I ended up having to turn on my honeywell air filter for a few hours. And all this was to only vacuum one big room by the way. And it took 3x vacuuming to most of the dust out. I do like that it is cordless so will probably keep it but the price to performance ratio is not great. I probably would have been happier and rated this 4 stars if this had been under $200 instead of being $250 and then close to $300 with tax. It is a bit heavy and the stick can't be shortened so it is a bit tall for me. So 3 stars because I like the cordless feature and it does work so it meets expectations if you're looking for a cordless vacuum bc it is cordless and it does vacuum. I've used it for 3 weeks. I wouldn't say I'm completely ecstatic over it the way I was when I bought the corded shark stick vacuum the first time. But I will keep it bc it isn't bad, I wanted a separate cordless and I have the other better vacuum as back up if needed. However if you are only going to have 1 vacuum, buy a corded one vs this one.

Feels nicely made, suction is great. Has modes for types of flooring. Hardwood works great, doesnt handle area rugs or mats of the like very well at least for types of rugs we have. Does do good with not tangling

Good suction and battery life. Sorta struggles in deep carpet. Does perform better than our older dyson.

I returned my DeeBot and picked this up instead and after a month, I will say, I love it! If you’re looking for a mid-range priced vacuum. This is a great option! Pros- - good price! - battery life - picks up a lot of dirt and dog hair - compact both in the vacuum itself and storage Cons- - storing the accessories which you do need! I can’t figure out where they go other than a shelf in the closet and then pull them out when I vacuum. - can get a little top heavy. - dirt dumping learning curve (thank goodness I had just bought a new vacuum cleaner! :-P) - there are areas you will have to go over a couple times, but it gets up so much dirt and dog hair!

Really good & light vacuum. I spent a lot of time reading online about a bunch of different varieties/ brands & honestly out of all of them I think this is the best one. It does a good job on thick carpet & tile floor plus I think it has a good battery life(I can clean my 2 bed 2 Bath townhouse on a full charge). I also have a cat that does shed a lot & this does tremendous work.

I bought this vacuum to use around the house and as a handheld cleaner for my car. It’s easy to charge, simple to use, and works well for small messes indoors. However, as a handheld vacuum, it’s a bit bulky and not the most comfortable to maneuver. Suction power is just average—enough for light tasks, but not strong enough for deeper cleaning. For the price, it’s a reasonable option, but don’t expect high-end performance.

I love this vacuum, it’s very light and easy to use and clean. I like it’s cordless.

A cordless vacuum that that picks up all the pet hairs plus small garbage. Very easy to clean and operate. Feel so wonderful to walk around my apartment without the plug come out of the socket and then you’ Replug it

Love this product!! It fits perfectly underneath hard to reach areas and is lightweight.

We have kids and a cat and we go through a vacuum every year but this vacuum is so simple easy to take apart and clean and hasn't broken down or lost power or suction. I'd highly recommend
