Normally, I would never invest this much money into a vacuum, but that changed once I ended up with a Golden Retriever, a cat, and a German Shepard. This is a great, versatile vacuum that is simple and accessible. The two modes work perfect for my hardwood floors and carpet, and the battery life can handle pretty much my entire house. I've had it for about three years now and I have not had any mechanical or electrical issues with it (& that's with running it daily). My ONLY issue with it is that it can get clogged sometimes in the part that runs across the floor. It does not happen too often, but regular cleaning on it can prevent it.

This Shark Rocket vacuum is remarkable. So powerful and able to reach everywhere in our home, moving quick an easy being it so lightweight. It is the absolute perfect complement to our Ion Robot 750; for in areas not suitable for robotic devices. Simple to assemble, and completely portable. Very effective for remediation of pet hair on furniture. Light is bright enough to be handy in low-light or dark situations if needed. Oh, and the battery comes with a 2 year warranty! Very good and light weight, the regular mode is enough to pick most things up on carpet. The max trigger is helpful for getting deeper items. Overall great vacuum, the wheels started to squeak after three months but function wise it’s still solid.

I recently purchased this vacuum and I’m really impressed. It has strong suction power, picks up dirt and pet hair easily, and works well on both carpets and hard floors. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes cleaning less of a hassle. The dustbin is simple to empty, and it’s not too noisy. Overall, a solid vacuum for the price — definitely recommend it!

This was my Best Buy! My arthritic hands have a hard time with my regular canister vacuum cleaner. I puchased this for quick clean up. I find that I use this vacuum constantly since I it's so light and handles effortlessly. Gentle on my hand and has great suction power. Clean up is a breeze. Canister clean out is easy, just push the lever for easy release. No clogged filters, Just nicely rinse withmild soap and water. Dries quickly. Battery charges quickly.

Easy out-of-the-box assembly. Lightweight, efficient, decent battery life, not as powerful as I was hoping and gets clogged quickly. For the sale price, I'm happy with the purchase.

How good is this product? So easy to use, very powerful, great battery life, no dragging a big unit across the whole house with you and no cords to trip over.

Great vacuum. Charge time is quick and we can vacuum the entire apartment and it still not be dead. It does great on tile and wood floors. Its good for full room carpets but not great for rugs. It will suck up the edge of the run into the roller every single time. While it has great sucking power which you want, they could have made the opening smaller so it wouldn't fit the run corner into it. I thought it was weird to have a light on a vacuum but now I love it. I vacuum with the room lights off so I can see all the dog hair on the floor.

No cord is what was important to me when going from room to room. This is the best! It is light weight, has a ton of suction. It has a small bag less container, which you have to empty after each decent size room. I will buy cordless and especially Shark again. The price was worth trying...I am so glad I did. My daughter and husband love the easy use of this. I used my old vacuum and then ran the shark over what I just did...it picked so much more out of our carpet. Also this really works great on bare floors.

Happy with the purchase, product has good suction power, light to handle and easy to use but had experience that it overheated.

Had a houseful of guests ( including children ) for about 10 days. Purchased this item the day before they arrived thinking it would be a quick cleanup as needed instead of dragging out my canister vacuum to get rid of crumbs, etc. It worked as I had hoped-good suction, decent battery life , lightweight,and easy to empty! Also was able to use in my car!

Works great on wood or laminate floors and rugs. The lights on front really help with seeing spots you missed. For carpets, it’s probably best suited for low pile carpets. It has a lock protection when there is strain on motor that shuts down the spinning brush and it does that a lot our carpet which is long like shag style carpet. Other than that it’s great and so much easier to use the bulky plug in vacuum.

So light weight and great suction. I like how it pulls you and you don’t have to push it. Easy on the arms.

I bought it on Thanksgivings Black Friday. It is light weight and easy to use. The suction power is suitable for daily cleaning use. The accessories are easy to attach and detach. The battery lasts about 35 minutes at medium speed. Will see how long it actually lasts after a few months.

Decided to buy the real deal vacuum instead of the knockoffs. Was totally worth it! The suction on this vacuum is great, storage is easy, and it lasts quite a while! The booster trigger is very useful, as well as the carpet mode which almost self drives itself! Worth the investment
