It also picks up a good bit of dirt, hair, crumbs, etc. We own another wirless vacuum that is not comparable to the quality of this one. Completely satisfied with this purchase.

Not sure what the problem is or if I'm not doing something, but I charge it, turn it on and nothing happens.

I have 3 dogs and a really bad back so I was looking for something that allowed me to quickly and easily get rid of the dust and pet hair on my wood floors with ease and without straining my back. This lightweight, compact vacuum with supposedly powerful suction seemed to be just what I was looking for. I initially thought it did a pretty good job of getting my floors clean but as I kept using it I started to notice that the suction wasn’t as powerful as it was made out to be after all. Also, the battery doesn’t last long either; I can only vacuum for about 15 minutes before the unit starts to sputter and needs to be charged again. For the money I spent on this vacuum, which for me and my large family was a total splurge, I am unfortunately disappointed. I’m sorry that I am unable to return it due to the time that has passed since I purchased it, which actually hasn’t even been 2 months.
