A little disappointed

The only con is I wish they would've put the full instructions in the box for troubleshooting problems like clogs.

Not happy

I love shark products but this vacuum dies quick and it does not pick up items in reverse. So you have to go forward on everything that you’re vacuuming over and over again because of course you have to reverse it to go forward again. I would not recommend this if you have pets if you have children if you have to vacuum frequently.
