shark has alway been of my favorite brands. Always reliable. This product has great battery life and light weight. Great on carpet and floors. Also the led headlight is very bright!

We LOVE this cordless vacuum! It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, even for our elementary school age kiddo. It’s great for the hard floors as well as the carpet, and easy to use on the carpeted stairs. It’s great to use as a stick vac too, to get in crevices, along the floor and wall edge, and the top and bottom of baseboards. It stays charged long enough for me to do a whole level of the house and stairways before slowing down. It picks up dog hair very well, which was our primary desire in this purchase.

Works great, very versatile and light overall. a little light on battery time, but i think its just enough for small sessions

Love it . If you have stairs very light weight and not worrying to take plug out cause cord doesn’t reach from the staircase is the best . Plus works on hardwood floors as great as the carpet areas which works as good with having pets like I have . Pleased and very happy with my purchase.

I love how light weight and yet powerful this vacuum is. While researching I was not sure what to buy and this one they advertise as pet vacuum. I risked it and I am not disappointed. This one has 2 modes, one for carpet and one for hardwood floors. In both the modes you can have even more powerful suction with a easy lever pull. Cleaning is easy, does take a lot of space to store in one of my closets and charges fast.

This is so light weight. It is very convenient I love that I don’t have to plug it in. I can clean my car out with it it’s amazing!

This vacuum has made life 10 times easier. I have two kitties in a one bedroom apartment. This bad boy makes vacuuming a 10 minute chore.

We struggle with pet hair and so far this does great. I can vacuum not only the carpet, but our hard floors all in one easy motion but just switching the power button. The battery life is fine for our area. We use it daily for about 10-15 minutes at a time and then once a week for about 30 minutes on and off. I do clean it thoroughly once a week because hair does get caught in the bottom, but I’ve never owned a vacuum that doesn’t do that. It is super easy to clean. If you do happen to have a clog (my 4 year old helps vacuum- so it happens more with us) it comes apart so easily to find it. This was definitely a perfect purchase.

Quiet vacuum cleaner. Picks up hair, wool and debris well. The attachments are suitable for corners, skirting boards and more. The battery charge lasts for 50-60 minutes of continuous operation.

I bought this as a secondary vacuum with my new hardwood floors and have a dyson for carpet. But my wife loves this one better with the light weight and battery life better I also use it and think the value and performance is great.

Although I read from everyone's reviews first that it had less power, I didn't realize how much less it would be. I had a shark stick vacuum several years ago which I loved so decided to get this over the Bissell cordless after a couple months of reviewing different options. I wanted a separate vacuum to use in 2 of the rooms bc the cats aren't allowed in there and I didn't want to contaminate with the other vacuum (dyson canister) Going in, I was expecting less power but it feels like it's a lot less - almost 1/3 power. Sort of like the old cheap $50 stick vacuums that are corded. That is on the bare floor setting vs the carpet setting. The carpet setting is more powerful but still not as much as I would like so I feel you're getting about 50% power of a corded vacuum. That said, it is collecting more dust than expected in the canister so I am pleased with that. However, I have to run it over the carpet quite slowly to ensure more dust and dirt is being picked up. After using, I did start to sneeze a lot. So the air filtration is not great. I ended up having to turn on my honeywell air filter for a few hours. And all this was to only vacuum one big room by the way. And it took 3x vacuuming to most of the dust out. I do like that it is cordless so will probably keep it but the price to performance ratio is not great. I probably would have been happier and rated this 4 stars if this had been under $200 instead of being $250 and then close to $300 with tax. It is a bit heavy and the stick can't be shortened so it is a bit tall for me. So 3 stars because I like the cordless feature and it does work so it meets expectations if you're looking for a cordless vacuum bc it is cordless and it does vacuum. I've used it for 3 weeks. I wouldn't say I'm completely ecstatic over it the way I was when I bought the corded shark stick vacuum the first time. But I will keep it bc it isn't bad, I wanted a separate cordless and I have the other better vacuum as back up if needed. However if you are only going to have 1 vacuum, buy a corded one vs this one.

I returned my DeeBot and picked this up instead and after a month, I will say, I love it! If you’re looking for a mid-range priced vacuum. This is a great option! Pros- - good price! - battery life - picks up a lot of dirt and dog hair - compact both in the vacuum itself and storage Cons- - storing the accessories which you do need! I can’t figure out where they go other than a shelf in the closet and then pull them out when I vacuum. - can get a little top heavy. - dirt dumping learning curve (thank goodness I had just bought a new vacuum cleaner! :-P) - there are areas you will have to go over a couple times, but it gets up so much dirt and dog hair!

I bought this vacuum while it was on sale after purchasing a rug. Was previously bending over with a corded vac and the rug kept get sucked into the vac. But the Shark is lovely on rugs carpet and hardwood floors best thing I could have for a cleaning tool

Good suction and battery life. Sorta struggles in deep carpet. Does perform better than our older dyson.

I've had this vacuum for a few years now and it's still going strong. My only complaint is that hair and dirt get stuck in the small bottom wheels constantly and it's nearly impossible to take it apart and clean them. The wheels were so tangled in hair in mine that one of the wheels would not move and was scratching my floor. It's just a bad design flaw. Other than that, it's a great little vacuum and I haven't had any other issues.
