Works great on hard floors. Not at all on any depth of carpet. Gives a red light and licks up. Not happy about this purchase.

This is perfect for both hardwood, vinyl, and carpets. So easy to switch from different surfaces with the push of a button. You can do a 1,600 sq. foot house in one charge easy and only have to dump the dust cup only once.

Not real heavy, great for quick clean up of pet hair. I like the boost trigger.

Vacuum has worked great. Battery life is fine and no problems with suction.

Works great picking up dog hair! The only downside is that the battery doesn’t last long. Have to charge after each use.

We have a Dyson V7 with a dying battery, so we decided to try this Shark Rocket (IX141) as a replacement since we have a Shark Rotator Professional (NV500) corded vacuum and love it. Unfortunately, the Shark Rocket is quite heavy and the handle is awkward. I compared lifting the Dyson straight out against lifting the Shark straight out, and it was noticeably more difficult. That weight difference was easily felt while using the Shark vacuum on both tile and carpeted area rugs. Between my wife and I, we have big and small hands, and neither one of us felt comfortable with the handle grip. We had to hold it awkwardly to get a decent grip, but that made vacuuming for more than five or so minutes a pain. The suction was quite good, though, and again we compared it to our Dyson. We did that by doing passes side by side on the same rugs, carpet, and tile areas. The Shark Rocket performed visually (by what was in collection bin) just as good as the Dyson. I would really only recommend if you cannot afford - or refuse to pay the higher prices of - the Dyson or LG cordless stick vacuums; we ended up going with the LG Cord Zero, and it has been great, and easily on par with Dyson... for less!

Great vacuum I wouldn’t have purchased any other brand

I bought this vacuum to use around the house and as a handheld cleaner for my car. It’s easy to charge, simple to use, and works well for small messes indoors. However, as a handheld vacuum, it’s a bit bulky and not the most comfortable to maneuver. Suction power is just average—enough for light tasks, but not strong enough for deeper cleaning. For the price, it’s a reasonable option, but don’t expect high-end performance.

I am enjoying my cordless Shark Rocket. It is convenient and ready to clean up crumbs from the carpet and/or the tiled floor. It is good for a thorough cleaning. The hand-held vacuum is very handy for use on the carpeted stairs and in the car.

I have a corded Shark Pet vacuum for major cleaning. This one if just for intermittent use. It does not work on higher pile door matts. But on low and medium pile carpet and hardwood, it’s good. Pulled up tons of short-haired cat hair. The battery life is not great. Maybe 25 minutes and without using the Max button for extra suction.

Comfy in hand, lightweight. I have a cat and this vacuum cleans the fur and other litter just perfectly, great for the carpet

Got this for my mom to help clean her house. She has arthritis so requirement was to be lightweight and battery power. (So she doesn’t have to constantly move up and down to plug it in and the weight on her hand. She loves it! Especially the LEDS and the lightweight design.

The device is lightweight and very powerful. The only thing I would say it’s difficult to clean out the canister.

I highly recommend this vaccum. I live in a 3 story condo so it was hard pulling the cord up and down. I found this cordless vaccum and now vaccuming is super easy, and fast. I also have a cat and vaccuming the cat little super easy.

This is the 2nd one we have purchased. Purchased one for vacation home and loved it so much purchased another for our main home. Easy and convenient to use.

Easy and light weight to use for small space or a quick cleanup. It’s performance is great for the value.

Great vacuum. Easy and light weight. Very powerful and cleans like no other vacuum I’ve used before. The price is a little more than I would have liked to spend. But for the money you really get a wonderful machine. I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner.
