We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing short battery life with your Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum. We understand how frustrating this situation must be. The runtime depends on the mode being used. A single power pack runtime is approximately 40 minutes with a new battery when using the handvac only. For reference, expected runtimes are about 40 minutes for handvac, 25 minutes for bare floor or carpet mode, and around 10 minutes in boost mode. The ION Power Pack, like all lithium-ion products, will naturally decrease in capacity over time from the 100% capacity of a new battery, and these times are based on full capacity. It takes approximately 3 hours to reach a full charge. If you’ve checked this and are still experiencing issues, please give us a call at 1-855-427-5127 so we can help get this sorted out for you. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.

Great cordless vacuum

I like that you can switch from bare floor and save power to carpet mode. The max button also helps with let hair. The battery life lasts much longer than the Dyson. Also love the fold storage.

This thing is a beast and picks up everything in its path. We have had zero issues with the performance and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!

This is not a powerful, but it does serve it purpose for almost half the price. I actually like the handheld part better. Not quite as heavy for my fat and old arms.

Works great on a lot of long dog hair, however be sure keep it clean frequently as the size limits the amount of stored dirt, etc. Otherwise, amazing product.

a great move

Cordless is the way to go and I have been vacuuming so much more because it is a snap and this thing has incredible suction for a cordless.Shark has really come up with a five star product with this one.
