The headlight feature is cool and illuminates everything on hardwood which is helpful and it's a nice weight. For being a "pet" vacuum, I literally have to flip it over once a week to cut pet hair out of the bristles which didn't happen with my cordless Dyson. I only have one long-hair cat, a shorthair and a pug so I have no idea why it constantly catches hair like I'm trying to make yarn out of my long-haired cat's fur. If you have any sort of pet with longish hair, you're probably going to fistfight this vacuum like I have. I've had this for about 2 months and just gave up and went and bought another new vacuum for my house. I'm just going to take this one to use at my retail store where it can live an easy life of strictly collecting dust bunnies.

Bought it for the RV and dog hair, fast easy to use our dog has short hair so haven’t had any clogging issues. Only con is the battery life

Had trouble getting it to work after the first use. Instructions were not clear. The wand must be tilted back (push floor button), move into carpet position on the handle and then turning the power will turn on.

Light weight, but hair gets caught in rollers/small wheels. Expected vacuum designed/advertised for pet hair to not do that.Ligth

It’s ok. It seems to get clogged pretty easily.it is convenient not having a cord.

Cleans well, hard to open and clean. Also pretty heavy. All in all it does clean floors and carpets.

I really wanted to love this vacuum because I needed something more portable for everyday use. I have had a Shark Navigator for years and years that I love to use on my carpets. It took me a few years to be able to fit this into my budget. I purchased it on July 14, 2024. The suction power is not good. I have 3 cats and the fur gets stuck on the rollers. I have to constantly stop to pull hair off the rollers. The battery dies so quickly. I can only do a basic cleaning of 3 small rooms with hardwood before the battery goes low. It doesn't like the scatter rugs. It does pick up debris but I have to do a lot of manual labor to get there. I just expected better suction power than it has.

Not bad vacuum, does the job with pet hair. The battery overheated on me once but other than that it’s been real good

I had a dyson but it was scratching my newly refinished wood floors. I got a bavkpack stule vacuum but stick wanted a stick for small pick up after sweeping. This works ok for that but does not have great suction. If it were my main vacuum I would return it.

Wish it was lighter and had a larger waste bin but its a great stick vac for the price of two Dysons.

This broke right at the 1 year mark as if it is designed to. While it lasted, it was ok for the price. Did small jobs well. The support experience was a mess. They sent me replacement parts in separate orders and demanded shipping fee for those separate orders. I refused to pay and they either forfeited the fee or reduced it. The replacement parts did not work. Now they want me to send back the part they sent me. Once the receive it, they will send me the new part for a shipping fee ofcourse. See a pattern? I am returning all replacement parts, recycling the remains and most likely never buying SharkNinja products again. I wasted time woth these guys for a 120$ product that still doesnt work and it is not worth it Also, this is definitely a product quality problem in addition to customer support. The replacement parts did not work and they were new.

Switched from a corded vacuume to this and love it. Only drawback is the battery life as it runs out pretty quickly.

So far it's been great. It does have some trouble with dog hair on the upright vacuum attachment, but nothing that prevents it from working.

Wonderful, great for cleaning spaces with pets, I love that it works for carpet and hardwood floors.

good vacuum, noisier than I like, but if there's a silent vacuum out there, please let me know. But one of these days Shark vacuums will imitate their namesake and glide silently like sharks in the water.

Could be more powerful but its decently light and i recommend it for the money. It is cordless!

Worked fine as lightweight vacuum until it stopped working after 9 months. Not sure what the problem is or if I'm not doing something, but I charge it, turn it on and nothing happens.
