Disappointed in Arizona

Not sure what the problem is or if I'm not doing something, but I charge it, turn it on and nothing happens.

Useless, do not buy.

It clogs up faster than a free toilet you found on the side of the road. Suction power to begin with is awful, then the stuff you vacuum up (pine needles from the entryway, for instance) clog up the hose/ stick and you have to take it all apart to clear it out. Do not buy. I usually love shark/ninja products (they’re all over my house) and bought it based on the name.

Cordless sweeper

Extremely disappointed

This was a splurge for me but with a toddler wanted something that allowed me to easily and vacuum often. We’ve had it less than 6 months and it’s almost completely lost suction. We’ve cleaned it out several times and checked for anything that may be blocking the bristles like hair. We have no idea why it’s lost suction so quickly. Extremely disappointed and not sure if returns or exchanges are doable since it’s been 6 months.

Battery life sucks

If you’re not using the max button the suction isn’t that great, but always using the max button kills the battery faster. It’s great for quick pick ups but for a deep vacuum I’ll stick to my cord vacuum.
