The vacuum works and sucks but the brush does not roll with the extension wand attached. If I attach the folling brush directly to the hand vaccum, it works well. Something is wrong with the extension wand. The lights turn on without the extension but do not turn on if I attach the brush roller to the extension arm. I will return this back to Best Buy and try another brand. Battery lasts about 15 to 20 minutes, not 40 minutes listed on the box. Poor quality control.

Convenient Corless Vacuum- Suction Not Strong

I like the fact that this vacuum comes apart for easy storage and charging makes it convenient for you to be able to take it out to the car to vacuum up small areas, but the section is not that great

Based on the description, I expected this vacuum cleaner to pick up at least the crumbs under the table. However, I have to vacuum over the same spot for a long time just to pick up the debris.

The 40 minutes is definitely a joke as you need it on high/boost to suck up anything worth while. However it is convenient! Also the directions weren't very clear on how to hang this thing up or storing the attachments.

Quiet... Too Quiet
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was my first thought when i turned it on the for the first time, "This is too quiet, i'm not sure this will pick up any dirt." Then i saw the max boost trigger and that made it sound like i felt like it should... But here is the catch. The normal mode is more than sufficient to pick up most dirt, I tested this several different ways. It is super quiet and works great. Where i needed the boost was on the stairs... what i feel this is the perfect device for. We have an upstairs robot vacuum and a downstairs robot vacuum, they do almost all of the vacuuming. What doesn't get vacuumed are the stairs (maybe once every couple of months)... I vacuumed each step without boost and then went over each one pulling the boost trigger, it definitely dug in there more and got a little more dirt that had been tread in out. Then I shortened the vacuum and got more out. (the closer to the motor the better the suction for the same amount of power from the motor, on any vacuum) I see this as a non primary device. This wont replace our robot vacuums just augment them. This mostly matters since to you because this affects how i see the run time. It last about a half hour using a mix of boost mode and normal mode, plenty of time for anything i'll need it for. It is perfect for the stairs like i said earlier as well as small messes that happen (especially in the kitchen). It worked great for me on both wood surfaces and carpet. There are a couple of critiques that I have, though it is more inconveniences than the actual working of the device. I really wish it came with a wall mount. This would be perfect to hang in the closet and even more perfect if the charger was integrated into the wall mount so that you just set it on a charging mount and went on your way. Apart of me also wanted an interchangeable battery. Lastly, I wish it had a slightly quicker charge time. Overall I am quite happy with this vacuum, it is light weight, extremely quite, and works quite well. Pros: -lightweight -Easy to empty bin -battery powered -It has great suction -powered vacuum head -vacuum head can me mounted to main part for a super short vacuum with even more power -Extremely quiet (like i can still hear my phone speakers when it is running) Cons -No wall mount -non interchangeable battery -not quick charge
