Love it. Light and powerfull. Construction seems pretty good so far. Very convenient w/ detachable handheld vac.

This product works perfect for me and my family. It cleans well and gets into small spaces easily. Its compact size makes it easy to store. I would recommend this product to any one looking for a vacuum.

Lightweight, easy to use. Slides under bed to pick up fuzzies and such. Easy to empty. Not powerful enough for more than a light rug, but I think one needs to temper one’s expectations with a device this light.

I love this vacuum the only thing wrong with it it dose not stand up on its own. You have to take the battery pack off then you can stand it up otherwise it’s a great vacuum!! Very lightweight and easy to get around and very powerful!!

Works great and picks up very well both hard floors and carpet. Only downside is the battery doesnt last as long as i would like.

I love the versatility of this amazing vacuum. It can be used as a vacuum or dustbuster. It is extremely lightweight but very powerful. The maneuverability is amazing and it can easily go under chairs or sofa’s.

Versatile and powerful, but could use longer battery life

Love my new Shark Vaccuum! Gets the job done quickly and quietly. It picks up all the dog hair on any surface and the different attachments are super simple to swap out to do work in any part of the house.

Great vacuum easy to use an good for getting in those hard to reach places small enough so it doesn’t take up much space

Although I read from everyone's reviews first that it had less power, I didn't realize how much less it would be. I had a shark stick vacuum several years ago which I loved so decided to get this over the Bissell cordless after a couple months of reviewing different options. I wanted a separate vacuum to use in 2 of the rooms bc the cats aren't allowed in there and I didn't want to contaminate with the other vacuum (dyson canister) Going in, I was expecting less power but it feels like it's a lot less - almost 1/3 power. Sort of like the old cheap $50 stick vacuums that are corded. That is on the bare floor setting vs the carpet setting. The carpet setting is more powerful but still not as much as I would like so I feel you're getting about 50% power of a corded vacuum. That said, it is collecting more dust than expected in the canister so I am pleased with that. However, I have to run it over the carpet quite slowly to ensure more dust and dirt is being picked up. After using, I did start to sneeze a lot. So the air filtration is not great. I ended up having to turn on my honeywell air filter for a few hours. And all this was to only vacuum one big room by the way. And it took 3x vacuuming to most of the dust out. I do like that it is cordless so will probably keep it but the price to performance ratio is not great. I probably would have been happier and rated this 4 stars if this had been under $200 instead of being $250 and then close to $300 with tax. It is a bit heavy and the stick can't be shortened so it is a bit tall for me. So 3 stars because I like the cordless feature and it does work so it meets expectations if you're looking for a cordless vacuum bc it is cordless and it does vacuum. I've used it for 3 weeks. I wouldn't say I'm completely ecstatic over it the way I was when I bought the corded shark stick vacuum the first time. But I will keep it bc it isn't bad, I wanted a separate cordless and I have the other better vacuum as back up if needed. However if you are only going to have 1 vacuum, buy a corded one vs this one.

Excellent vacuum, smooth and easy to handle around corners and under furniture. It charges fast, and last a good decent amount of time.

Can’t believe I went so long hauling out the heavy vacuum when this one is so light and does a fantastic job! I vacuum way more often because I pull it out for quick crumb pickups. I love it!!

I love this vacuum it really is nice, I can get underneath everything without having to get on my hands and knees. I also love that it’s so lightweight and powerful. 10/10 this is my 2nd shark vacuum and it’s the best!
