I am a bit disappointed

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am having issues with this vacuum where it keeps getting clogged where I have to take apart the head of the vacuum and remove a pile of stuff because it isn’t sucking it up into the canister. Once I do that, it will work fine a few days and then it happens again! I would return it but have already thrown out the box and everything. Overall disappointing! This was not a cheap vacuum so I feel like it is for sure not worth the money. I also want to mention, this vacuum is not used as my every day vacuum, so it’s not like it’s getting over used. Only for stairs and areas that I thought a cordless would be handy.

Not good for shag rugs or carpet.

Not even close to a Dyson

From its clunky design and lack of efficiency to its mediocre engine. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for the Dyson. This was clogging up because of poor design within a week of owning it.

Both my roomie and I were disappointed. It pretty much only poorly picks up dog hair and not much else. When I returned it the price had dropped 200 beans.

Cordless vacuum

It is very top heavy and the battery does not even last long enough to vacuum even half of my very small single wide home. My dogs fur gets stuck in the wheels and cakes on the bottom. Considering this is a Shark brand I expected a better quality vacuum.

A single ION Power Pack provides approximately 40 minutes of runtime when using the handvac only, and like all lithium-ion batteries, capacity will naturally decrease over time from the 100% capacity of a new battery. These times are based on full capacity: handvac about 40 minutes, bare floor or carpet mode about 25 minutes, and boost mode about 10 minutes. If you’re experiencing an unusually short runtime, please give us a call at 1-855-427-5127, and our team will assist you. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.
