Excellent cordless vacuum! Was skeptical at first but it picks up dirt and dog hair very easily on our hardwood floors. Would have given 5 stars but the battery does not last as advertised. Lucky for us we are able to finish right before battery dies out but it’s ridiculously expensive to buy another battery and I blame Shark for not making them economically accessible.

Works great. Only issue is it is a bit loud and on the hardwood it doesn’t pickup very well. You have to leave it on carpet mode

As of now, I'm loving this purchase and its functionality. I wish it had a charging mount but its still east to stand up and plugin in a corner. Its a nice option for those who can't break the bank for a Dyson yet. Easy to use and empty.

This vacuum was very simple to assemble out of the box. I didn’t need to use the instructions but it does come with a decent manual. I had to charge it before using it, but I don’t remember how long. I vacuumed 3 rooms, a hallway and my bathroom and tried to charge it again after but the battery was still full. I have vacuumed all of these rooms again and have not lost any power. The vacuum itself is very light and easy to maneuver. I never realized how annoying a power cord was until I used this cordless vacuum! It comes apart in sections which makes it super easy to use as a hand vacuum or to vacuum corners of the ceiling. The rollers aren't brushes which is fantastic because hair would just get stuck in it and would have to be cut out. So far I love this feature but it also doesn’t make that satisfying vacuumed look on my rugs. I also like the sound of things getting sucked up into the vacuum, another satisfying part of vacuuming, but I don’t hear it much which makes me feel like it’s not doing as good of a job as my previous sharks. The canister is much smaller than my previous shark stick vacs. Needs to me emptied after each session of vacuuming and my apartment isn’t all that big. I wouldn’t recommend this vacuum for a larger home. My apartment is about 800 sq ft and I feel like it’s pushing it.

Great Shark cordless vac! Use it mostly for pet debris pick-up on a daily basis and have benn very pleased.

Great cordless vac. Battery actually lasts. Wish power head was a little smaller. But it works great.

Perfect Christmas present for my mom. She has a hard time moving a heavy vacuum. This was the perfect solution to the problem. This vacuum is lite weight and gets the job done.

Great value for the price compared to Dyson and others. We have a 90lb walker coon hound and this picks up the hair very easily and doesn't clog. Also great for stairs.

I bought this to vacuum up the dog hair quickly on my first floor where I have all hardwood and the dog hair seems to be everywhere it’s quick and easy to grab and go I love it.

Great vacuum! Picks up dirt I didn’t even know was there. Battery last for medium size house. Price on cordless vacuums is still a little high.

Had a Dyson V-Animal stick vacuum. While we were told up and down the thing would run for up to 45 minutes, the most we ever received was 10 minutes and over time we were down to 55 seconds (my wife timed it). The SHARK has a way better run time, equally as good (check the ratings by the experts). One extremely minor thing: it is advertised as standing on its own...but we haven't had much luck with that. This thing is powerful, light weight and the low profile carpet/floor attachment easily goes under most furnture that I woulld expect and narrow enought to go between bar chairs. Very impressed.

The Shark Rocket was just about like any other cordless stick vacuum. Lightweight, portable, special filter, easy to empty canister, etc. However, one of its main selling points was that it didn't buildup hair on the roller bar. Now I've had a ton of experience with various vacuums that have made this promise so I was thinking to myself "yeah right!". Much to my surprise it was designed a little different. Instead of having the traditional bristles on a roller bar it actually has these rigid flaps that don't trap hair on the bar. So it truly does not seem to have issue with getting hair stuck on the roller bar. Now I used this for about a month in my place of business where there are hundreds of women coming and going per day. My previous vacuum was always jamming up with hair and it was quite a nuisance to have to cut it out all the time. It seems as though this little guy is going to save me of having to perform that duty!! That's a big win! The suction is pretty good and it seems to do a better job than most other cordless sticks I've used in the past at cutting through the bonded carpet we have, which has a tendency to trap little tiny objects like hairs and debris. Battery life seems pretty good too. I was able to vacuum a full 2500sq ft without running out of power. It's also quite nice that the battery is detachable so you can charge it, but still put the vacuum away. The device is lightweight, easy to use, and very easy to empty the canister into the garbage. All in all I give this one a thumbs up and would totally recommend it to a friend!

Well made and great on our wood and tile floors. Good on carpeting, also. Construction seems more robust than our previous Dyson cordless.

Another great stick vacuum from Shark. I love the no tangle roller and the flexible stick that bends so I can vacuum under the couch and chairs.

This is a nice stick vac. It is a little top heavy but it moves easily.

Very handy to use. Works well to clean up the occasional mess. Power unit storing down low on wand makes storage easy.

Great for tile, carpet, rugs, and really any surface. Rarely tangles. Easy to clean.

Love it. It’s light and charges quickly. Being free from the burden of a power cord is the best.
