The worse vacuum cleaner that I've ever bought.

The front roller had to be taken off often to clean it -- if not-- then it wouldn't clean the carpet at all. ALSO-- it didn't want to move in one direction without having to manually having to push it in that direction which was hard on my arms. The third on that I now have seems to clean and goes in any direction that I vacuum. Downfall--- the front roller still needs to be taken off and cleaned often. I really don't want this vacuum cleaner, but I have no choice---I cannot get a refund, so I'm stuck with it.

brush attachment issues

So many issues

I exchanged it for the same model at Best Buy, but the second unit gave me sensor errors after just one use (half a battery). Since this device has a dedicated sensor for vacuuming along corners, the poor-quality plastic scratches easily, which ends up scratching the sensor. This causes it to malfunction and fail to detect where it’s vacuuming, resulting in constant errors. The dock doesn’t properly empty the vacuum more than half the debris remains inside the device. As for the filters, expect to clean them after every single use, along with all the sensors. This product is definitely not practical it requires more effort than it saves.
