    my vacuum is amazing but I was having issues getting a price match of 150 back because it was only a few days past my 60 days

    We bought one of these in November of 2023. Here we are April 13th and it stopped working. Got an error saying the brush roll was stuck. Removed and cleaned meticulously multiple times and we get the same error. Of course it is out of warranty so we are left holding the bag. We will buy another robot vacuum, but it won't be a Shark. Buyer beware, unless you like buying a new vacuum every 16 months.
