Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Truthfully, I originally bought this vacuum in Aug 2025, I have multiple pets in my household and live in a fully carpeted place... so this was a necessity and an investment. After 6 months, I have already had to warranty the product for a replacement due to a jam in the roller brush that I could not clean out since the machine is fully enclosed in the bottom. YOU CANNOT REMOVE THE MAIN BRUSH TO CLEAN THE BOTTOM OF THE MACHINE. - I have not seen anyone mention this regarding this vac and if you own pets or have people with long hair then you know this is a necessity. They only have a single access port that goes to the bin that you can clean out.... now I am very grateful they honored the warranty, the options was to wait 4-5 weeks for a replacement roller head or get a new unit. I went the new unit route, since I cannot wait that long to vacuum my place. I got a replacement product for free (minus the tax for shipping so like 10 bucks) but after getting it in, they sent me a model that was not the same as what I purchased. Seeing as the replacement is not the same model, originally bought was highly annoying. Truthfully I wish I just went with a Dyson instead since I would be able to fully take the bottom off for cleaning... its a decent vacuum but I don't have high hopes this wont happen again. I think this will be my last shark vac, I will stick with Dyson or go with higher end brands.

We vacuum out house everyday so maybe it would be better for people who only vacuum once a week.
