Sensing switch's are to easily changed with a light touch if hand slides down, which happens easily.

Replaced it with this one and not disappointed one bit. The deodorizer is a great upgrade and the portability was fantastic for cleaning out the car.

I had originally purchased a Dyson after having my Shark for many years and needing to replace it, I decided to try Dyson. I was very unhappy with Dyson and glad I returned it for Shark.

It picked sooo much dirt that my old Kenmore had been missing. A little cumbersome to dismantle and while broken apart we find the hose a little short. We would still buy it again!

It literally picks up my carpet. I did some research before buying and everything shark claims is true. it does indeed have the strongest motor of any vacuum.

I loved my previous ones but this one is by far the best. I have all hardwood floors with area rugs and the transition is amazing! No more needing to switch a button between hardwood and carpet!

This one has self adjusting, doesn’t work well, when manually setting for thicker carpet , red light comes on. Have to turn off & rest myself. Where the controls are easy to bump , and switch to another setting. My opinion, stick to the one you set yourself.

We understand how frustrating this must be, particularly when you have to power the unit off and reset it and when the controls are easy to bump and switch settings unintentionally. Great vacuum, a bit pricy but worth it

I have both cats and dogs so it gets a workout and is doing great so far. It is an upgrade from my last Shark and I'm very pleased.
