This is my 3rd Shark and I really like it. It is bigger than my last one but still maneuverable for me I m under 5” tall. The HEPA feature works well and it picks up all the dog fur.

I love this vacuum! The auto-detect feature for going from carpet to hardwood is AWESOME! I switched from Dyson to Shark and am never going back!

Truthfully, I originally bought this vacuum in Aug 2025, I have multiple pets in my household and live in a fully carpeted place... so this was a necessity and an investment. After 6 months, I have already had to warranty the product for a replacement due to a jam in the roller brush that I could not clean out since the machine is fully enclosed in the bottom. YOU CANNOT REMOVE THE MAIN BRUSH TO CLEAN THE BOTTOM OF THE MACHINE. - I have not seen anyone mention this regarding this vac and if you own pets or have people with long hair then you know this is a necessity. They only have a single access port that goes to the bin that you can clean out.... now I am very grateful they honored the warranty, the options was to wait 4-5 weeks for a replacement roller head or get a new unit. I went the new unit route, since I cannot wait that long to vacuum my place. I got a replacement product for free (minus the tax for shipping so like 10 bucks) but after getting it in, they sent me a model that was not the same as what I purchased. Seeing as the replacement is not the same model, originally bought was highly annoying. Truthfully I wish I just went with a Dyson instead since I would be able to fully take the bottom off for cleaning... its a decent vacuum but I don't have high hopes this wont happen again. I think this will be my last shark vac, I will stick with Dyson or go with higher end brands.

Seriously the best. I “vacuumed” with my old vacuum before this one and I went over it with the shark, and it picked up so much dust! I researched so much before getting this and I seriously love it.

I absolutely love this vacuum! It has very power suction. The dust cup is big and holds a lot of pet hair! I definitely recommend this vacuum if you have pets!

First off best buy customer service is second to none! Polaris ohio location is great! Vacuum works great except for the dirt detect sensors need cleaned constantly other than that has great power and easy to use.
