    This vacuum makes your old carpet look new! I’m so happy I saw it on an infomercial, but decided to buy at Best Buy!

    My wife and I purchased this after doind some research into getting a new vacuum. This one came up several times, so we pulled the trigger. It is an absolute game changer for our pet hair problem, thank to our Great Pyrenees.

    We have had Shark vacs for many years but this one is the best by far. We had just vacuumed a room a couple days before purchasing this one. We decided to conduct an experiment by vacuuming the same room with the new Shark and the canister was full. The room looked clean before but was now it was even better!

    Great other than the position of the motor controls as my hand bumps them and slows to a different speed. Sensing switch's are to easily changed with a light touch if hand slides down, which happens easily.

    Mildred at the Downer's Grove store was awesome as she always is! If every employee was more like Mildred then Best Buy would be the best company in the industry. The Bolingbrook employees should go to Downers Grove for training with Mildred.

    I LOVE this vacuum cleaner! It is amazing on so many levels and even though I vacuum multiple days per week, the amount of stuff it picks up is absurd.

    Had a shark for 10 years and the cord had been damaged. Replaced it with this one and not disappointed one bit. The deodorizer is a great upgrade and the portability was fantastic for cleaning out the car.

    Love it, Shark vacuums always last me many years! I had originally purchased a Dyson after having my Shark for many years and needing to replace it, I decided to try Dyson. I was very unhappy with Dyson and glad I returned it for Shark.

    Great vacuum! It picked sooo much dirt that my old Kenmore had been missing. A little cumbersome to dismantle and while broken apart we find the hose a little short. We would still buy it again!
