It is everything it says it is! Best vacuumed with had. And a family member used to sell Kirby’s and we got rid of that heavy thing.

Works great. Picks up stuck in dirt and large pieces. A little heavier than I’d expected but for the cleaning power it’s worth the added weight!!

Im shook! When I say this thing picked up more than I even imagined it almost sucked the padding out of the carpet! We have 4 dogs and an older shark and this thing put it to shame. I vacuumed the day before we saw this on sale and then had to try it out once we put it together and I I was in pure disbelief what it picked up! I couldn't recommend this vacuum more!

This works fantastic! It pulled up so much hair from my carpet, it was amazing and shocking. We're going to try the shampooing next.

I've owned several of the top of the line vacuums over the years, but this Shark vacuum is the best. It's so easy to use and picks up more cat hairs, dirt and crumbs than I knew were on my carpeting, area rugs, hardwood floor, and tile. I highly recommend this vacuum.

The automatic feature works great it really does get the floor clean if you have matted carpet it will revive it pretty decent Love all the features about it Best shark I've ever owned

I am impressed with the performance of the Shark PowerDetect AZ4002 on all floor surfaces. I am underwhelmed with its dreadful ergonomic design for operation in above floor use. You must detach the wand and pod from the floor nozzle. This leaves you with a bulky canister to carry in one hand and a short hose to vacuum above floor. The hose is not only short, it is also not very flexible to maneuver over irregular furniture surfaces. Maybe Shark should develop a “baby sling” to hold the pod, leaving both hands free to better maneuver the hose and any attachment. I recommend it only if your primary use is cleaning floors.

My Dyson Pet broke and I got this as a replacement. It is great. I wish there was a longer extension for cleaning up high or behind furniture, but other than that it is very powerful and gets the pet hair way better than the Dyson Pet.

For years I've used a Dyson, after buying this. It works so much better. The depth that it cleans compared to Dyson cannot be overstated since I own huskies.

Best vacuum I have owned! I hate one thing but it’s easy to get around it. One attachment doesn’t fit in the vacuum . It’s powerful, efficient, and easy to use. Matches up well to the big name of Dyson!

It does an excellent job, especially getting cat hair out of my carpet. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but was worth it. Wish it wasn’t so heavy.

This model Shark Power Detect upright vacuum is exactly what I have been looking for a very long time and cannot be happier with the performance.
