Cordless is the way to go. Do not buy if you mind carrying a cord all over the house. This is sitting in our garage. We use the cordless one only.

Not great. Have to constantly change the bag, not as powerful as the dyson . Could be better

Not happy this is not as powerful as the description of the product suggests. I tried vacuuming the stairs and was not happy with the results

This vacuum really is as powerful as a full size vacuum. I bought this because I wanted a vacuum that wouldn't take up so much space in my small apartment when we weren't using it but would still adequately clean the floors. The choices basically came to this or battery powered Dysons costing 2-3X as much. After a year of use, I'm very happy with this vacuum. The ability to clean under furniture, vacuum furniture, clean ceiling fans, etc. is great. I would definitely buy it again.

I can not STAND that I can't leave it standing. I will use it, but not often.

Thought it would work on laminate flooring better...seems to just push cat hair around

Not what it's intended to do. It says it's suppose to have good suction. Not really

I picked this over the Dyson V6 because of the price and the infomercial. It did lie flat to get under the bed but was so clumsy to use. It kept tipping over and the floor unit kept locking in the fixed position. Also, was heavier than I expected. Returned it for the Dyson V6 and what a difference.

Cannot stand upright, only for light cleaning jobs

I clean houses for a living, and have big vacuum's, heavy bulky. So many homes, including mine have carpet and wood, and lots of both. This vacuum is so easy to switch from hard to carpet. So happy I chose the Shark with the light, I can see cobwebs I can't see without it, I an see dust and dog hair that I can't see without the light. The container that holds what you vac up is small, but it does such good job sucking up stuff, I don't care! Very easy to empty. I love my Shark.

The Newlyweds have 8 different carpets in our house. We really needed to buy a vacuum and searched online for over 6 hours lol. Researched all different types of vacuums and watched youtube videos to see if they were good or not. We bought this vacuum because it was the best one we found. We bought it from Bestbuy.com because it was the cheapest price. We have had the vacuum for over three months. Best vacuum we could have ever bought. Seriously stop looking and buy it now.

Poorly designed sweeper. Have to lay down rather than stand on end while sweeping

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and this product works great. It's small, lightweight and easy to maneuver. It is a little top heavy but not a problem once you get used to it. It comes with a place to hang it on a hook so that makes storage simple. Storage is a huge deal when you live in a small apartment!

this is by far the most amazing vacuum I've ever had!!! I was skeptical because of the size, but it does so much more work than my full-size up right. I love the detaches and turns into a handheld vacuum which is AMAZING!! I didn't realize how dirty my carpet was until I used this. If you're looking for a perfect vacuum, this is it!! I've told so many of my friends about this already, and told them that they need to get one!!

Great vacuum in so many ways, now that the dust cup is twice as large as it was and it pops off to take to the trash without taking the vacuum, it's much improved over the previous model, which was enough to make me try it out. I like this vacuum except, it won't stand on it's own, you have to prop it or put it on the floor or put it on the wall mount (included), not such a big deal but definitely worth mentioning. It is 500 watts, way more than Dyson. It's cheesy they don't give you a motorized pet tool, but being I have a mess of those and one with my upright Dyson it wasn't such a big deal for me, tho an essential (I have THREE cats).

My husband and I are very happy with our purchase. I really wanted a dyson stand up but my husband was right too pricey for us. I've had shark and I had the vaccums that had the big piece in the middle and was heavy. So we went for this and it is fantastic. It was night and day on my carpet and I'm a 23 year old who sheds and there was a lot of hair in the bristles all you have to do is just cut through the hair with scissors and sure enough it sucks all of it up to have the bristles clean and empty. The container you remove to toss the dust is easy to remove. Perfect vaccum check for price match too! The gm helped us score a great deal.

So me and my husband researched vacuums for a couple days ... And this one got wonderful reviews so we went with it.. Got it home and put it together (which was super easy) but started vacuuming and that's where it went downhill.. This little vacuum packs a lot of power .. So much so that it propels forward all on its own (which we have a large house so it was killing my arm after a while) but we also have 2 young boys and a beagle dog.. So I vacuum everyday...sometimes twice a day.. My husband calls me OCD.. I just like to keep a tidy house... This vacuum was not picking up the dog hair at ALL!! I had to keep going back over the same spot multiple times.. I'm a busy mom I don't have time for that!! So we are bringing this vacuum back today and getting the newer version of the vacuum that I have had for the past 4 years... The Shark Rotator.. I guess I should of stuck with old faithful instead of trying to newest trend.. This vacuum would probably be OK if you don't have a large house, kids or pets... But for our family it was just a bust!!!!!

I love that it’s weightless, easy to use, and vacuum in tight spaces. But it needs stronger power. I feel like it’s not suctioning enough.
