My family previously had the mighty Oreck vacuum. It lasted us for over 8 years. In search for a new one we had bought the cheaper bag less one , Eureka, from Best Buy, but as the price tag suggested, the vacuum lost suction within two months. Now we were still picky on the price but were sure we had to buy a real vacuum. This Shark rocket did us just fine. We have been using it a few months now and it's doing great. With a 5 year warranty I am really happy I got this one.

We have two dogs, this vacuum doesn't miss a hair! We had no idea how bad our old machine was until using this one. One of the carpets looked "washed" after vacuuming the deep imbedded hair out of it! Wish the canister was a little bigger, but we can live with this considering the outstanding performance.

Great vacuum. Light weight. Perfect for small apartment with very little rugs. Great on hard wood floors

It's quiet, it picks stuff up, it's easy to empty, it's a keeper.

This vacuum was a little heavier than I thought it would be but has so many features and options of use that I can't be more pleased with this purchase. In fact, one of my friends is trying to talk me out of it! I sent them right to Best Buy. This vacuum is definitely making my "cleaning-life" much easier.

Love love love this vacuum! There truly is no stopping it! I have literally vacuumed up rocks by mistake and it didn't miss a beat. As long as you keep the internal filters clean, oh and actually empty the cyclone chamber when it's nearly full, you're good to go! Total 5 star rating!

I bought this in addition to my Dyson. For the money, this vacuum is superior. Is a bit heavier than the Dyson "ball" and has better suction in my opinion. We have 3 dogs and we do a ton of vacuuming.

Very quiet, so I can use it while my children sleep. Picks up a good amount of pet hair.

This is by far the most versatile In all categories. I've test dysons,others shark, hoover, oreck, bissel, and dirt devils. All put the same test cleaning up after the family. If you font believe me purchase one and if you dont thinks so make sure you return it on the 13th. PEACE
