I highly recommend this product. Have used vaccums a lot more expensive and this does a better job.

Brought it home and it was easy to have together and working in 5 minutes. Not bulky, on the lighter end as far as weight, and very easy to empty and clean. The "headlight" is an added plus when vacuuming under stuff!

The vacuum has very good suction and picks up the dirt very well. The suction hose is to short and will fall over if you stretch it out to far.

This vacuum has been such a handy tool for our home. Flexibility between hardwood and carpet; quick detach function for steps. Only negative is the hose tends to tip the entire console off balanced while stretching to get ciling vents and such (have had a couple bruises when it's tipped onto my ankles.

I think this is a great vacuum for the money, and the best vacuum I've ever owned, although I've never spent this much on a vacuum. I like how the handle detaches to use the attachments and it does great on pet hair on my furniture, rugs, and wood floors!

I wanted this particularly because it was smaller and could fit in our coat closet without taking up to much space. It works just as good as bigger counterparts and I'm happy with its pick up power.

This has been a good vacuum, although mine was recently sent back as it died after just over 10 months of casual use. I am not sure why, but I will tell you that the customer service was incredible. Shark asked me to ship the item back to them ($20) and they are sending me a brand new unit.

Great vacuum...This is the best vacuum I have owned. Recommend ahead or Dyson and Hoover. Works well on hardwood floors and carpet, stairway.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to write a review for this vacuum. My household is half carpet, half hard floor, so a multi-surface vacuum was ideal since having to sweep half your house is a pain in the butt. I've never had much luck with vacuuming hard floors, but this vacuum works perfectly! You don't have to roll over whatever you're trying to vacuum up before the powerful suction is pulling it in. The first time I used the vacuum, it picked up an unbelievable amount of dust I had no idea was hiding in my carpet. After having the same vacuum for fifteen years, it was no surprise our old vacuum wasn't picking up the way it should be. It is light, just as promised. The only problem with it being light is if you use the hose attachment, you HAVE to hold the vacuum or it will fall over. The vacuum is not silent, but it is quiet. I've vacuumed the house at 3AM and didn't disturb my household at all. It has been two weeks since I bought the vacuum. I cleaned my room that day, dusting and all, and used the vacuum for the first time, and two weeks later (after a couple more vacuums, I might add), none of my furniture has a spec of dust on them. Before, my furniture would be coated with dust after a couple of days. I firmly believe this vacuum has done as promised, and provided a cleaner air. The vacuum is slender. While it doesn't cover a wide range when vacuuming, it makes it less of a hassle to store, and I have a much easier time getting under and around furniture without having to move it. And while I've read people say "swivel" vacuums are overrated, this feature has made it so much easier for me to get around very, very tight corners. Everyone in my house loves using it. And I enjoy cleaning and vacuuming now more myself because I no longer have to use something that's heavy and way too loud for the ears! It is super easy to put together, the attachments it comes with is incredibly helpful, and it's super easy to clean.

Picked up dirt previous unit missed. Much better value than other units.

Our granddaughter purchased this machine a few months ago and my wife decided it would be our next vac. We also bought the thin wand for under things like the fridge. It quite versatile.

When I got this vacuum to replace my old one that broke I was amazed at how clean my carpets looked after using it. It cleaned in a way my old one never did. I never had a Dyson but I don't know how much better a vacuum can clean!

I purchased this while it was on sale. The best $99 vacumn for the house. Has alot of features and accessories. Great all around vacumn. Especially if you have kids.

It was a great deal for that brand, at that price. It meets every requirement it says and also lightweight, and easy enough to put it in a small storage room.
