This nonclogging vacuum cleaner clogs. The curve in the handle traps stuff that you are pulling up and you have to unclog often. I will not get another shark product after this experience.

Easy to push,lightweight,works well on high pile carpet and wood floors

This is the first time I have purchased a shark. It's a good vacuum but I wished it had more horsepower ....I have kids and dogs!

This vacuum is hard to push on thicker carpet. I would also like to have an automatic cord that winds itself.

Does the job really well. Easy to carry. Great on stairs. Great price!

Picked up very nice. Would recommended to a friend for Christmas present.

Doesn't have as much power as I thought. Have to clean it out every 10 minutes

when using the attachments sucktion is very weak it needs to be strenthin .

The Shark came well recommended and for 2 uses it seemed fine but by the 3rd use it had stopped sucking. The problem was a small hose had disconnected in the suction/floor head. A cursory inspection showed no easy way to dismantle and re-attach the hose. Back to the store we go!

Not as good as past models. Nozzles not long enough.

wish it would stand up when using the attachments!

I have been a loyal Shark customer for years, but this has been the worst. It clogs everytime I use it.

Could not believe the amount of dirt this Shark picked up! Very lightweight and mobile, where the whole family can easily use it. All attachments are necessary and useful. The only drawback might be the small size of the canister (recommend dumping after every use), and that a couple of the attachments has to be stored elsewhere and not on the vacuum. But if this is a result of keeping the vacuum lightweight, mobile, and easy to use, then it's no problem. Great suction power on both floors and carpet. Short, concise, and accurate instruction manual.

This item , for all the sales hype , was grossly overrated. One of the poorest vacuums , I've ever experienced .

Bought this for stairs because description stated power brush. Not what I expected, so returned.

This is ok. I thought this was going to be a more inexpensive Dyson.

Never thought I'd call a vacuum a toy, but it's so easy and almost fun to use that I can't think of a better word. I guess I've had old-school thinking about vacuums - I always thought they should be heavy and cumbersome or they wouldn't do a good job. Boy, was I wrong! This handy dandy little piece of equipment cleans better than any other vacuum I've ever had (and there have been at least 8 brand-name vacuums over the years). The cord is generously long, so there's no need to unplug and replug, and there's a place to coil the cord when not in use. It gets pet hair up like a dream machine. I cleaned only an 8-ft runner, the sofa and loveseat and was almost embarrassed at the amount of dirt that was in the dust canister! The tool caddy has room for 2 attachments - the dust brush and crevice tool, so I would have liked to have a place to attach the pet brush. But if that's the only thing I can find wrong, I'm not complaining. I highly recommend the Shark Rocket.

I used this vacuum to get cat hair off of my fabric dining room chairs (using the hand tool for pet hair), and let me tell you, I have never had a vacuum work so well in my life. There was nothing left and I didn't have to keep going over the same spot like I have with other vacuums to get all the hair off. One swipe and it was done. It worked great on my carpet too. The entire house looks great! It was not as great on the hard floors as it left a little dirt behind, but I guess it isn't really made for that anyway.
