Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this vacuum for two years and hated it shortly after I got it. It doesn't pick up dog hair on any type of floors. I dread to use this vacuum when I have to clean up the floors. Ive gotten so mad that I've thrown it because it doesn't work.

Two strikes

The left side wheel freezes and will not turn, making the unit impossible to push. Unreal.. exact same problem with both units.. We think we might like it... if we could ever use it.....

Worst Vacuum
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After reading all the great reviews I decided to go ahead and spend the extra money for what I thought was going to be the greatest vacuum ever. It's one beautiful machine but it didn't take long to find out that my old Bissell put this big name product to shame. It's more like a glorified sweeper than a vacuum. The only thing positive I can say for it is that is has the brush roll turn on/off, it's auto height adjusting and it has a nice 30-ft. cord. The negatives are that it's so lightweight it falls over & it's way too narrow. The hype about a swivel vacuum is way over-rated; this one just felt wobbly and hard to control. I couldn't wait to return it; I wanted to exchange for the Electrolux but it had gone back to regular price so I'll have to wait.
