Hands down the best vacuum for dog owners, crafters and just anyone who gets sick of having to untangle the roller. I'm not easy on vacuums and this one hasn't given us a bit of issue. I crochet and have bits of yarn all over, this vacuum hasn't tangled up once! And for suction... Wow! It is as good on the hardwood as the carpet.

Vacuum seems to do a good job. We have short dog hair that it picks up nicely on LVT. When we clean our area rugs sometimes the brush stops rotating...which is annoying and should not do that. We have to shut down the machine and restart it to get it to spin again. Sadly there is no brush attachment that you can clean air vents with which is really annoying and all of the ones from my other vacuums are to big to fit where it needs to attach. For the money paid, it could do better and work better.

Simple to put together. The "hose" is the handle and awkward to maneuver with no length without the whole vacuum falling over. Suction is great and picks up dirt and hair very well... now the maintenance to this roller and the comb thats used to clean the roller is not ideal. I don't want to have to pull all the dog hair off the comb part and get the floor redirty taking the vacuum roller out and it falls off the comb part. After a few uses the brush looks dirty. Suction when in full force pulls forward and you feel it in your arms to bring it back. If its not pulling forward, theres a good chance you need to clean the underneath where the comb part is. I have 2 huskies and this works just as well as my other vacuums I've purchased at half the price and they were less maintenance. I vacuum nearly every other day and usually purchase a vacuum every 5 yrs or so.
