Good vacuum with good suction .. Very versitle when using around the house.

Had to replace my 15 year old Dyson and decided on this vacuum. Powerful suction and love that there’s no bristles on the roller brush which is definitely a plus! My only issue is the placement of various attachments which was somehow in the way. I ended up storing attachments in a bag and placed in closet.

Vacuum worked great for nearly the first year. In fact if I hadn’t waited to review until now (13 months later), I probably would have given it 5 stars. I clean this thing on the regular. But for some reason it is constantly clogged, doesn’t pick up dirt even when cleaned, makes tons of extra noises. I just can’t say I’d buy Shark vacuums again.

As an emergency purchase, since my old vacuum died, it was great!!! I did not expect the power that it had, and was pleasantly surprised with all that it can handle. 1 German Shepard and Boxer mix can shed all they want, this will pick it up. Love it!!

This vacuum is exactly what we were looking for. Very powerful for any surface (e.g. carpet, bare floor). Easy to navigate (Rotator). Lift-Away makes things very convenient. Well constructed. Works like a champ

Awesome product. Satisfied with this purchase.The ease of use on both hardwood floor and carpet is astonishing. I have tried difft products before they either break quick heavy to operate or difficult to reach inaccessible place. But the shaft rotator can be easily detached and reach place hard to reach.

I’ve had a few Sharks in the past and they have been great. This one just like the rest is not disappointment. I’ve only had it for a few weeks now but I can tell that it cleans my carpet better than the past! Best of all it actually does clean itself!

This is like the Cadillac of vacuums!!! We have a corgi who sheds like crazy and this little beast's suction and roller brush fins picks it up better then any vacuum I have ever had. Love the rotation too, gets under the cupboards and everywhere a regular one couldn't. Well worth every penny!

Works good. The cord gets in my way a bit. Otherwise, suction is good.

It’s been awhile since I purchased a new vacuum. This one handles well, is versatile, and picks up a lot of pet hair. The hepa filter really makes a huge difference since our last vacuum didn’t have one. This is my first vacuum but I have owned their steamer and am happy with both!

Good vacuum cleans well easy to use and not very heavy

Best suction I've ever had. Accidentally sucked up an AA battery and it was easy to remove without damage to the unit. Rolled over the cord, and it was sucked into the unit. It chewed up a bit of the rubber, but pulled out with ease.

Love my Shark. I have a Great Pyrenees and went through 2 vacuums before buying this one. Dog hair doesn’t wrap around the main roller brush. The front roller brush does have to get cleaned but not bad. Super great suction on bare floors and carpet

Solid vacuum, like many features; daughter's hair still gets tangled in microbristles but it is easy to clean. Very disappointed in Best Buy website which made me believe brush assembly would operate with vacuum chamber detached. Had I realized this was not the case, I would have bought the next tier up. Website used same videos for both units.
