Amazing suction. Our old shark stopped working and we knew we wanted about her and weren’t disappointed and their customer service is also great.

So far we are loving it. It is maneuverable, and has great suction. I was concerned with some of the reviews saying it is too heavy. But maybe I am just used to the older vacuum we have, but this feels normal to me.

Best vacuum I have owned. Better than all of the Dysons I’ve owned in the past. I was skeptical because everyone says dysons are the best but after trying it I am team Shark!

Its so good. I have a house full of girls and normally there would be huge amounts of hair stuck on the roller bit there is not a single strand and it picks up everything my previous Shark left behind.

I have had my share of vacuums in my time. All types of price ranges and do all sorts of stuff. This one is the first one that actually delivers with all it says its suppose to do! I absolutely love this vacuum and recommend it to anyones who's price range it is in. it really does get all it said it was meant to. With a shedding dog in the dog this is a true life saver, specially with the allergies this family has. Its excellent on hard work floors and the difference in the carpet before and after. It also makes vacuuming stairs sooooo much easier!! I can't tell ya how awesome this vacuum is! Def recommend it!

This is the best vacuum cleaner that I have ever used. It does not weigh very much and is easy to push and get into corners. The vacuum cleaner does a great job of removing dirt and pet hair. I have two dogs and they shed a good bit. I am very pleased with the performance so far. My only concern is how long it will last and do the job. In the past, I have had vacuum cleaners that lasted just under a year. I had a Dyson that lasted 4 years before the front fell off of it. It was harder to use than the Shark and was not any better at cleaning. When you factor in the high price, the Shark hopefully will be a better bargain.

My wife was shocked at how much she liked it. The bit container makes a huge difference. It was been Tangle free even with the dog hair that is always left around. No more cutting with scissors.

I love this vaccuum. Best I’ve ever had. This vaccuum actually pulls me across the rug the suction is so good! Easy to empty and clean.

Very easy and simple and it gets the job done. My wife says "it suck" lol in a good way, she's happy with it and the detachment is really helpful when using it on the stairs.

My old vacuum always left a little dirt on our hardwood floors. This vacuum does great because of how powerful it is and the brush that spins even on hardwood floors.

Impressive suction! Love that it detaches in so many locations to clear an accidentally suction of an item that was left under couch! Highly recommend!

I love this machine. I have long hair which is generally a nightmare for regular vacuum cleaners. Have not had a single problem with this vacuum. Love i!

Got it for our viynl basement floors. It was easy to assemble and is lightweight. Love how easy it is to switch to the handheld options. Seems to be doing a better job on carpet than our Kirby.

Great suction, reasonably easy to move around, and picks up dirt and fur really well. The only con is that the hose doesn't flex all that well. It might improve with use, but it makes it hard to use without taking the floor attachment off and holding the motor/canister portion

Light weight, powerful, great for pet hair, and easy to use. I would buy it again and again, and I would recommend it to others.

I was looking at several vacuum cleaners and found this one to be the most mobile and had a variety of options for different tasks. Easy to use and set up.

Suction is great so far. The only thing I dont love so far (nit picky) is the on/off switch isn't on the handle. I preffer to have quick access.

I work cleaning house and I can say that this vacum has all the necessary requirements. Easy to use, several very useful functions, it is not so heavy. Highly recommended
