Had to recently use my protection plan adn purchase a new vacuum. I am sad that the same model was not available as I really like the attachments and bristles on the side to help clean against base boards easier. This one does not have that or the attachments like the other. Felt it was more of a down grade even though it was more expensive and I had to pay the difference to get this one. Disappointed because I have always loved my Shark purchases the past 10 years or so.

This vacuum is top-of-the-line! I tried a Dyson earlier this year, but not only is this Shark lighter, it cleans much better. You will not find a better vacuum!

Lightweight and powerful vacuum! I e always had Dysons but bought this one based on a friend’s recommendation. Love it!

I love this vacuum! It is self-propelling and has powerful suction. I like that mine and my dogs hair won’t get clogged in the roller like my previous vacuum. Nice attachments.

This vacuum is amazing! Very quiet, extremely powerful! I replaced an older Sharp lift away model with this one. Liking this one much better!

I have 4 pets so I basically live in a zoo and this gets all of the little annoying dog and cat hairs up off the floor with no issues! Love it.

Works great! We have an Aussie and the amount of fluff she sheds in ridiculous. This picks it up easily. Love that the filters are washable, so we can just wash them once they get dirty.

We have owned many Dysons and thought they were the best…but they were a pain to maintain. Thought we would try something new this time and am really glad we did. This is a great vacuum!

It works well. It cleans better than my previous vacuum. It cleans hardwood, vinyl, and tile really well. It gets the dust off of the floor. It is not hard to push and pull.

Shark can pick up anything from German shepherd hair to cat litter. Will never go with a different brand again

I really like the power and capacity of this vacuum so far. It isn't that heavy for a full size vacuum and it is really easy to use.

Oh my god! I had no idea a vacuum could be so great! I have always had Hoover or eureka or bissell vacuums and would replace them every few years after they started to loose suction and belts would constantly break. No more! I will forever be a shark now! This thing doesn’t lie when it says no more hair wrap! In a house of two long haired women, 5 Guinea pigs and 2 cats, there is not a single hair on the roll! The suction is truly breathtaking! It literally pulled up a piece of patch carpet maintenance had put down!

Never going back to dyson corded vacuum again! Got this to replace my old dyson multi floor and it's 100% so much better! It actually picks up everything on my hardwood floors and tile. (dyson would just fling it all over the place or push it around) The cord is super long so I'm not unplugging it nearly as many times as I had to with dyson. Canister is big and holds a lot. Love that with just a push of a button you can lift the top half off to use attachments. Makes life so much easier when vacuuming my stairs. It's half the price my dyson and works so much better for my needs. 10/10 would recommend!

My first Shark vacuum and thus far I’m impressed. It’s light weight, simple design and easy to use with great suction power.

I love this vacuum. It has excellent suction, great maneuverability. Only wish the hose was a little longer, but great value regardless.

This is my 4th Shark vacuum (going back to 2013 when I ditched Dyson) and I must say, this is by far the best one yet. While I love my Duo Clean NV807, the bristle brush constantly required hair removal. The PowerFins on this vacuum are fantastic, allowing me to vacuum without having to clean the brush roll each time. It is light weight and has great suction, a noticeable difference with my previous Sharks. The soft brush roll is also improved, adding stiff bristles to the soft ones, and also seeming to be larger than my previous DuoClean vacuum. Very impressed and happy with my purchase! Shark customer for life!

The store staff recommended the the Shark brand over the other brands. My wife has been very happy with the vacuum.

As above - 5/5 rating based on price to value ratio. Would def buy again. Will see how it withstands time.

We've only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far we are very happy with the Shark Rotator Lift-Away. It does a great job on our tile floors as well as our older, thick carpet.
