I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that the power head will completely disengage from the rest of the vacuum while in use !!!! It mostly happens when going from a smooth surface tile onto a rug or carpet. Otherwise it works well but this problem is quite annoying.

My whole house is made of carpet so I was desperate to find a good vacuum and this was perfect. The only thing that would make it perfect is if it was also a carpet washer. I wouldn’t recommend for loose carpets or high profile carpets.

This vacuum is a little heavy but it has great suction cleaning power. I like that there are no bags to buy for it, the cord is long, and it works great on my hardwood floors.

These vacuums pick dirt, dust,pet hair and dander your dont even know is there! The little rotary tool works great on furniture.

Our maids cleaned our house with their vaccum and after cleaning our house we used the shark vaccum and it was able to suck out even more dirt from our carpets

Light weight, I have used eureka, Brissel brands but Shark has the best quality. I also to vacuum my car. It works so well.The plus point is Led lights . I will recommend it everyone, please give it a try.

Am very impressed at how easily it moves from carpet to bare floors and still picks up properly. You don't get the dirt sometimes flying behind you when going to bare floors like other vacuum cleaners. Would definitely recommend it.

I really like this vacuum. It is powerful and works well on carpet and hardwood floors. It's a little top heavy and I don't like the swiveling all over-wish there was a way to stop the swiveling. Easy to assemble. Easy to empty the canister. Very long power cord.

Great power. Cleans very well, would recommend. The only improvement could be the attachment pieces quality and attachment to the hose. Attachments fall off sometimes.

I have really long hair so I appreciate the self cleaning feature so much! It does fill up rather quickly but I blame that on my old vacuum slowly dying. Everything assembled easily and it glides across my carpet with ease!

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOEEEEEEEE I love this vacuum. I vacuum more than my fiancée now and we have 3 cats and gets their fur off their cat tree sooooo goooood. Definitely recommend

I haven't used this product very long, but think it does the job

I love Shark vacuum cleaners. This was a replacement of last year's model. The cord is shorter and the upholstery tool came without the brush attachment. Apart from that, it performs as I have come to expect from Shark

This thing sucks! Serious power to tackle cleaning. The wand and lift off for cleaning stairs and furniture is really convenient. Excellent for vacuuming wood floors and tile too.

This vacuum is one of the best I have ever owned. It’s great a sucking up pet hair and not clogging. The canister detaches and makes cleaning stairs so much easier.

Excellent cleaning power, takes the pet hair completely out of the rug as well on carpet setting as well as the sofa when using the upholstery attachment.

If you’re in the fence about this vacuum cleaner do yourself a favor and just buy it! I’ve gone through so many (expensive) vacuum cleaners and this has been by far my favorite one thus far.

Excellent vacuum. Plenty of power to get the job done but not so much that it is hard to hold when lifted away as some reviews of other vacuums have depicted.

This thing will suck the cover off a golf ball! If you are into disco and 70’s shag carpet this ISN’T the vacuum for you! It will be clogged all the time! Hardwood, fake wood or just linoleum this vacuum will shine!

We have 2 dogs and a cat. We have deep pile carpet in bedrooms and tile everywhere else. Working well for both at this point.
