Powerful vacuum. BUY IT!!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fabulous vacuum! Can't go wrong with a Shark. Our first one finally started going bad after almost 10 years and it was time for a new one. This model is incredible and super quiet. Worth every penny. Dyson can "suck" it. No pun intended.

Best Shark We Have Owned
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this shark to replace our aging Navigator. We have 2 golden retrievers and this vacuum picks up dog hair like a kirby at a fraction of the cost without the expensive bags. Also the duo head works amazing on hardwood/tile floors.

Works Great
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a gift for someone. It was rated good and the price was fair. It was easy to put together and the person i gave it to likes it. Overall seems like a good vaccum especially for pet fur.

This vacuum sucks! In the best way possible.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was embarassing how much this vacuum picked up off of my floors and I own two Dysons. Pet hair stands no chance. I’ll never buy anything else unless they somehow improve this design.

Did not hold up over time
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When it worked, it worked well but I had to replace the brush unit about 3 months ago. Today it is totally not working, brush will not spin. I spent too much on this vacuum for it to last only 17 months. Disappointed.

A powerful Vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A great vacuum with lots of power. My previous vacuum was a shark lift-away and was a good vacuum, but I decided to upgrade to this one and it is working really well so far. It doesn't maneuver as well as the cheaper model but has twice the power. Would recommend it if you want plenty of power.

Sticking with Shark
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Shark for about 10 years and needed a new one because the air pressure had weakened over time. This version is a little less fancy but works great. Still getting used the differences but love the change so that hair no longer gets coiled in the roller.

Impressed!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love LOVE this vaccuum. Definitely worth the price, has lift away option and wand release which is awesome for getting higher up places, cleaning out your car & doing stairs. I’ve been buying cheap bissels and have to buy atleast 2 a year. Hoping this holds up

Love this vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this vacuum. I needed a replacement for my Dyson Pet Hair which was horrible. After polling on Facebook for favorite vacuums, the overall winner was the Shark. It handles the hair from two labs and had no problem with Christmas tree needles.

Amazing
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This vacuum is excellent. It’s one of my first “high end” vacuums and it blows everything I’ve had in the past out of the water. The suction is immaculate and sucks up so much dust and dirt out of my carpets.

OK but not great
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good suction but the vacuum felt cheap and like it could break. The attachments felt like the would break and the power cord jacket separated in a spot about an inch long from normal use around a wall corner.

Shark is the best
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this vacuum. It works so much than the Dyson that I had. My son broke the Dyson after vacuuming the living room. I then went to BestBuy to get the shark. Brought it home and did the living room again and it picked up soon much dirt.

Great sweeper
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Powerful sweeper with nice features. The detachable handle is extra long, making it easy to reach ceilings. And it does a great job on hardwood floors compared to other vacuums.

A great vacuum from Shark
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unboxing is a breeze. There’s a quick-start guide printed right on the box flap inside the lid. Setup was very straightforward, and we were vacuuming in under two minutes. The most difficult part was detangling/straightening the 25’ cord. My wife suggested we hold off on testing. She vacuumed two days ago, and things still looked fine. But we have this new vacuum and we have to make sure it works; right? Boy, does it work! Our “clean” carpet and floors gave up a dust cup full (about a quart) in about 15 minutes of vacuuming the family room (carpet), living room (carpet) and kitchen (vinyl) with area rug. The vacuum does a great job cleaning carpets right up to the baseboard. Edge cleaning is a breeze, even without the attachments. After seeing this, I think we’ll adopt a new cleaning routine with quick cleanups and spills being handled by our trusty cordless stick vacuum and a weekly deep clean with this new Shark. The Shark has a conveniently located three-position power switch: Off, Hard-Floor (brush roller off), and Carpet (brush roller on). I do appreciate the simplicity of one switch controlling the function of the brush roller. Speaking of the brush roller, I was a little skeptical about the claim that it is self-cleaning and there would be no more hair wrap. Between my wife’s midback-length hair and the dog, hair wrapping up in the brush roller is a big issue in our house. The verdict? It works. No more hair on the brush roller! The PowerFins seem to be a very effective alternative to brush bristles, and cutting off hair wound around the brush roller is something I’ll never have to do again. A wonderful feature is the Lift-Away function. Simply press a footswitch, and the Shark becomes a handheld canister vacuum. That convenience is unbeatable when I’m vacuuming the stairs, or I want to give the car interior or trunk a cleaning. The included self-cleaning Pet Power Brush does a great job on vehicle carpet and trunk liners, and the crevice tool makes cleaning the nooks and crannies a breeze. With the brush roller on, I was surprised by how aggressively the vacuum pulls itself forward – like, I wish my walk-behind mower performed like this! My wife loves the power and performance. Another thing might actually be by design? I’m not sure. The dust cup is a two-chamber design with an inner and outer section. The inner section is a cylinder where a lint screen is located. I picked up a couple of beads that had gotten away from a craft project, and rather than finding their way to the dust cup, they ended up spinning furiously (and noisily) around the wall of the inner cylinder. We had to turn off the vacuum and open the upper dust cup lid to empty them. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to work? Nevertheless, I’ll be more careful about picking up small, round, hard objects. Overall, we are very pleased by the performance of this vacuum and look forward to years of trouble-free service.

Shark Rotator

Gotta love Shark!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love Shark products! As usual, this vacuum is great! Since I bought my first Shark Vacuum in the early 2000's, I have only purchased Shark to replace my broken or old items.

Amazing what it can get out of new wool carpet
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our housekeeper loves this new vacuum. We have new wool carpet in the bedroom and we were amazed about how much "fuzz" was pulled out of the carpet as compared to the old machine.
