This is my 2nd Shark vacuum cleaner, The biggest issue is the power cord, maybe its me, but i keep getting tangled in it and always in the way. Other than the cord, its a vacuum cleaner.

Used this a few times so far. I love how it has the roller in the front to really dig into the carpet. Picked up lots of dust and cat fur. Its light for vacuuming stairs as well

It’s a beautiful vacuum! I love the self cleaning brush! It picks up all of the dog hair and I have a Corgi. They shed all year!!

Very good, gets up all the pet hair. Minor complaints are the short-ish cord, small dust basket and lack of height adjustment.

Highly effective in pulling out dirt, debris and hair from the carpet. Please note review is based on single use. Would be helpful if it came in cordless design.

Purchased for a Christmas gift. They like how it works, no issues so far. They tried it out immediately and loved how it worked like a self propelled lawn mower.

The vacuum feels like it has a self propel function. This makes it a little harder to pull back. Not that big of a deal, but something you will notice.

Does not work on average depth carpet. It got TONS of suction, but not enough power to turn the powerhead.

Got it for the wife. She really love it. It was an upgrade from a older shark I purchased for her years ago. She really love the self cleaning brush because the amount of hair we vacuum.

Works great, but has some challenges for beginners. The lever to remove the head can be confused with thinking it is for tilting the body for vacuuming. My husband panicked and thought he broke it the first time he used it.

This is the best vacuum I have ever purchased. My daughter and I both have long hair which always seems to be a problem with vacuums. Not with this one. I highly recommend this one.

It so far it has picked up dog hair and other dirt from my carpet without missing spots and making my carpet comfortable to walk in.

Read other reviews but found none of the negatives. In my view, a move forward with this basic technology. Rugged. I could use a flexible hose extension if an option.

I just bought this and I find one problem with it. The switch to lower the handle so you can sweep the floor is extremely difficult to use. The handle does not lower easily. Other than that it works fine.

My company just recently purchased office space we purchased several vacuums it just seemed like none of them could go deep enough into the carpet t do a thorough cleaning.

My daughter needed a vacuum since her roommate was moving out. This was what her roommate had and she really liked it. We decided to the next model up and she loves it!

Absolutely love the suction of this vacuum. Another great quality it has are the self-cleaning rollers, used to hate having to clean those out in from my previous vacuums.

I loved my shark vacuum so much I was able to convince my mother in law to buy one too. All I did was let her try it out and explained all the features.

I LOVE THIS VACUUM CLEANER! I've bought many many vacuums and NONE of them have worked like this one! No more fur in my house!!

Not too great in maneuvering on stairs. Had to return it for a different brand.
