I have been a fan of Shark vacuums for many years, and this is my favorite model yet. This is a very well-made machine, and the extra weight reflects this. I am grateful for the large capacity of the dust bin, so that I need to empty it only once after cleaning my whole house. The power and efficiency of its cleaning ability are very impressive, and I rarely find myself sweeping the same area multiple times to get all the dirt up. Best of all, the advertising is spot on; I have not found any hair build-up on the roller brush! This has been a major issue for me, since I have a long-haired pet. The power cord is long enough to do the job, but I find it odd that it may be a foot or two shorter than the cords on my Rocket models. Also, since this is an upright vacuum design, there is limited ability to vacuum under furniture, unless one switches to a simple brush attachment. Overall, I am very pleased with this product, and can recommend it highly. Pro: -So far, no hair at all building up on the roller brush! -Easy to maneuver -Very powerful and efficient vacuum -Large dust/debris capacity -Solid build quality Con: -Heavier than the stick models -The power cord is a bit shorter than those of previous models -Does not reach far under beds and other furniture without an accessory
