The Best Buy rep reviewed the Shark on display, pointing to the stair cleaning tool sitting next to it as coming with the vacuum, as that was important. The Shark vacuum itself is exceptional, but no stair cleaning attachment, none listed on the box, nor listed inside as optional attachments for purchase. Misrepresentation.

Makes Cleaning a Breeze
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to say, I was skeptical about this vacuum as I haven't ever felt the need to use a lift away and the ones I've seen are heavy. I was pleasantly surprised as this came in quite handy getting into all the nook and crannies. It wasn't heavy at all and you had great mobility with it. Having used a Dyson before, I would definitely rate this one above--especially as far as quality. The Dyson is a great vacuum, but is so light it feels cheaply made. Not the Shark Rotator Lift Away. All of the buttons, releases, and plastic pieces seem very well made and of substantial durability. My summary is below. Pros: -Build quality -Suction (hardwood floors and carpets) -Steering/maneuverability . Very easy to whip around on a hardwood floor with little effort -Power (it will basically pull you along on carpet) -Assembly (less than 5 minutes, no tools needed) -LED Floor Light (The light is so close to the floor, instead of on top of the brush, tiny dirt and debris casts shadows so you know exactly where you need to go.) Cons: -Location of the power button (it's on the lift away instead of the handle like I'm used to. Maybe I'll get used to it.)
