Best vacuum up there, easy to used and clean. I will recommend it.

I always owned Shark vacuums. This one was on sale during Black Friday so I picked it up. I really like the feature to change the carpet type at the handle. Assembly is super easy. One thing I didn't like about it is where you keep your accessories on the vacuum is where you wrap up the cord, so they can be in each others way on this model. Other models had the accessories more on top where the handler is.

Best appliance purchase ever! I couldn't believe how much dirt this vacuum sucked up.

The vacuums' suction is better than any vacuum I have had. So far, the only drawback is the lack of attachments. The Best-Buy "What's Included" section lists "Crevice duster tool, upholstery tool Pet smart turbo brush, Hard-Floor Genie Dusting brush, caddy". The box includes only 2 simple attachments (Crevice tool & Pet multi-tool). Very misleading and may probably take it back due to the missing parts as advertised "Pet smart turbo brush, Hard-Floor Genie Dusting brush, caddy".

I absolutely love this vacuum! The suction is great and really gets your carpets clean. I love that it gets into hard to reach places, unlike my Dyson.
