I love my new shark vacuum. The suction is very powerful.

Awesome suction power and easy to use.The cord is so long! Every time I run it, it picks up so much. Absolutely love this new sweeper. My only complaint, it's not as lightweight as they made it sound on the presentation.

Bridge suction power and with the lift away feature easy to get the one underneath furniture. You have to get used to maneuvering it as it feels like it may get away from you when the beater bar is on.

i went from a hoover wind tunnel to this shark i love the way i can get under the couch and chairs.. Suction is very good, i am very happy with my new purchase.

This is a very powerful vacuum cleaner. It is priced reasonably. This is my first Shark vacuum cleaner.

We like this vaccum. My kids like using the different attachments. It makes vaccuming fun.

Many good features and good suction. Comes with only two basic attachments (I am able to reuse other attachments from an older Shark vacuum to make up for the lack). I thought the "improved" surface selection feature on this model would correct the problem I had with an earlier Shark, whose unadjustable brush height damaged carpet and rugs over time. But the surface selection feature does not adjust the height of the roller above the carpet surface; it only turns the roller on and off, and adjusts the suction pressure. Higher pile carpets and rugs can still sustain damage from the roller, and I found that even on its "high pile" setting, the roller still pulled fabric from a low pile rug. Basically, I avoid using the brush on any rug I don't want to damage. In the future, I would probably buy a vacuum that has physically adjustable roller height.

Very happy with this purchase so far. Very easy to operate and happy with its cleaning ability.

Vacumn worked great, but after a year it broke and had to take it back to exchange it with extended warranty. Could only exchange it for something the same price or more expensive. They didn't have anything g near the same price... just say more expensive, so I had to pay the difference I order to use the warranty. Kinda crappy if I didn't happen to have an extra 100 bucks to blow right then...
