This is a good vacuum but I returned it for the one with that HEPA filter. It does a very good job cleaning and is worth buying if your not buying one specifically for allergies.

I love this vacuum! This is the second one I purchased. My first one lasted over 5 years & just decided to buy the same one. I was a little disappointed as the first one I bought included more attachments & had a great hard floor cleaner attachment. Luckily the attachments fit on this one also.

I must say this was a great purchase works amazing and picks up dirt like it should.

Very useful in cleaning our hardwood floors and carpet

We had an older canister vac that really was not user friendly. After first use of the new Shark we had to empty the container twice and the air smelt much better. Definantly worth the money when compared to Dison.

Had a Dyson Ball - but this unit is better for household use. However, this Shark vacuum is unique in its features and ability to breack down to go under furniture and be a hand held unit. Now my go to vacuum!

This is our second Shark vacuum. Our other Shark was 5 years old and still worked great. We purchased this one to have a larger bin size due to moving into a larger home. Having the option to use the vacuum without the bin is perfect for vacuuming underneath chairs and couches. I am always amazed with the quality of Shark vacuums. For the price, you can't beat them. They perform perfectly and last.

Love the lights on the front and wand so you can see areas you have missed. Also, the powered lift away is a must-have, as it allows you to remove the large compartment and be able to vacuum under lower beds/tables, etc.

We really like this vacuum for its power and its easy assembly that makes all of the containers easy to empty and clean. Its also loaded with bright LED lights on the handle and floor nozzle to make it very easy to see where you are going in the corners and poor lit areas of your room. Its also very easy to maneuver when its upright as the floor nozzle rotates left to right and right to left with ease. As I mentioned our favorite part is the power. The suction is great and leaves nothing behind making for quick one pass trips across the carpet. I would also note its definitely not a very loud vacuum for how powerful it is. Our least favorite part would have to be how it performs on the edges of the room, against the wall, as it doesn't quite get close enough to get to all of the dirt and or dust. But we can live with that. Overall, we are very satisfied with this vacuum adding it to our long list of success with Shark vacuums and would highly recommend this model for high traffic dirt areas.

I don't know how it happened, but my home has become a collection point for vacuum cleaners. Dyson, Shark, Hoover, Roomba, and Kenmore logos abound. This Shark is the latest addition. The unit is light and easy to maneuver. Suction is great, and it picked things up from carpets that at least one of the others had missed. Much of my house has wood floors, and the Shark removed dirt and pet hair with ease. Given the amount of power, the noise level is reasonable. The light in the front is well-positioned for spotting areas that need retouched. Cleaning the bag-less canister is a breeze. The only downsides are relatively small. The front is tall, making it difficult to fit under all but the highest furniture - you have to use an attachment or move the piece to get under it. And the packaging is an issue. There must be a way to reduce the volume of plastic wrapping materials used here. Overall, this is an excellent choice for all floors.

This Shark vacuum is easy to assemble, easy to use and has great suction. I am impressed with the amount of dirt it got out of my "clean" carpet. Switching from hard surface to carpet is an easy push of the button. So far I have no complaints.

Better than any Dyson we have had. Picks up dirt and dog hair very well.

It does everything. Great for stairs. It's light and easy to handle.
