After using it over a year.....it's the best vacuum I've owned. I would recommend it. It's great that it's bagless, and the filters can be cleaned, so no new ones to buy. Great product.

For the money I though it was not sturdy enough. The first unit we observed at the store was actually broken right where the electric floor assembly hinges to the upright assembly. The suction was not all that strong. Also it was also heavier than I wanted. A canister unit would serve me better. I returned this unit.

This shark vacuum blows the doors off my Dyson cinetic vacuum! It is great for pet hair and dander. Would highly recommend this vacuum!

The only thing my wife didn’t like was the ball. It makes it hard on her wrist. Because of this, she opted to return it an get something different. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

this is my first shark vacuum and I love it, easy to put together. It is a little bit heavy on the hand when it's being used but it can be a great arm workout. Other than being a little bit heavy it's a good reliable wonderful vacuum. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone

We have a cat with long hair and this vacuum gets ALL of her fur up off the carpet. It also has a headlight so you can see what you are actually picking up. I am very impressed :)
