    Excellent vacuum with many features, but it is a bit heavier than what we have been accustomed to. However, it is one of the best vacuums we have owned (we've had Hoover, Kirby, Dirt Devil and Dyson).

    This was my second purchase of a Shark vacuum, the first was for my business and smaller. I would have given it 5 Stars, however, the thing is a bit too heavy! That was my only complaint.
